Returned an item on the 5th of February…

Returned an item on the 5th of February 2024, havent recieved a confirmation email that they have received my return. I have tracked on royal mail and the return was received by them. I have chased up the return via email multiple times and there hasnt been a response. This is the worst ever experience I have had with a online retailer.

Update: They have been in touch and matter has been sorted.

Amazing customer service by

Anais from the Customer Care team was very helpful. I received a very quick response and my issue was solved. The clothes are very good quality as well so I would highly recommend.

Customer Care

Anais from the Customer Care team was very helpful. I received a quick response and my issue was resolved immediately. That's how I imagine a service should be. I will order again! The clothes are of course also perfect

Amazing customer service.

Although I never received the clothing due to delivery error where my parcel was lost. The customer service team, I believe it was Anais was so unbelievably helpful, polite and professional so really turned a negative into a positive.

Hole in soft knit garment but good customer service

I purchased several soft knit items from Luxe and upon inspection, I noticed a small hole in the top right collar of a top I had received. I contacted the customer service department who provided advice regarding the options available in order to receive a new top without a hole. I was kindly helped by a customer service advisor called Anais who was extremely helpful. Anais was prompt with replying to my query and dealing with my request. Anais provided a range of options and assured me I can receive a new top. This kept my mind at ease. I did have to chase regarding the arrival or status of delivery for the new top but again Anais promptly replied to explain the item was being processed and I would receive information regarding the delivery in due course. I felt the customer service was good. Thank you

Amazing Product

First of all I would to thank you Anais! Amazing client service , I login for a technical support and in less then 12 hrs I had an answer and a solution . Regarding the product it is 5 star too .
Very good quality . Very good fit , always new products and great prices.
The cargo denim, cotton and vegan leather are amazing ! Everyone should buy it!

Do not shop from here!!!

Do not shop from here!!!! I bought £140 worth of clothes for my Christmas do, tried some on and didn’t like them, some didn’t fit. Returned them all the next day with all the tags on and unworn ! And now the brand is refusing to refund me , with no evidence or good reason and ignoring all my emails !! I am an unemployed student £140 is a lot of money to me. I’m appalled.
