Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I bought a pair of joggers as a gift for Christmas which were too small, exchanging them was easy enough but now need to return the pair I got in exchange which is impossible. When I try to return them the refund total is £0 as they were an exchange. I have emailed a couple of times and had 0 response on how to go about getting this sorted

They never deliver my order

I ordered and paid everything but It never arrived. I contacted and they just send me random tracking numbers that after 14 days still “you placed order”. I emailed but nobody reply me. This brand is the scam, Please dont shop at this!

My fave clothing brand!

After some issues (outside of LTK’s hands) with the return due to courier issues I contacted customer support and Anais in the team got the refund issues straight away for my returned order. Thank you!

I am from Greece and I make an order…

I am from Greece and I make an order but I made a mistake and placed the same Product twice.
I sent email directly and they responded immediately to cancel the order, even though my order had been sent, they did what was necessary to return it back.
I have no words the service was beyond my expectations thank you very much you are so far away But I felt safe from the first moment thank you again you are wonderful!!!

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service - I forgot to add an item to my order, so I contacted Luxe to Kill over email to address this. They were able to add the item to my parcel. I spoke with Anais, who replied promptly & was super helpful and friendly.

Always a positive experience with Luxe To Kill

I love Luxe To Kill clothing and literally make an order a month! Never had any issues until recently when I had a delivery turn up with 3 missing items (one I didn't realise until after I noticed the first 2) Anais was quick to respond and very apologetic, all items have been resent with no issue. I love supporting smaller businesses and Luxe To Kill are a great example of how to do it right!

If I could give 0 star I would

If I could give 0 star I would. I returned 2 BRAND NEW items which were tried on once then returned, my return was rejected as they stated there was “animal fur” on there. Sent me unclear pictures of said “animal fur” I’ve never owned an animal in my life and the items were certainly returned as new. These items are not of the quality for the price they are sold as. I explained I returned the items as new and I needed the money back as I am off work at the moment as I have melanoma, not one single inch of compassion was shown. Horrible business. Horrible customer service. Never in my life been treated this way and will not be taking it lightly. Liars. Do not buy from this business.

Hi Ame,

As discussed via email and shown in photos to yourself, the garment was returned heavily creased and with hairs all over the item.

This was in an unsellable condition and we owe it to our customers that all items delivered are in a new and unblemished condition, unfortunately in your instance it was not, and so obviously breaks our terms and conditions to initiate a return/refund. We do not take anything other than the evidence provided to us into these decisions as we are only seeking the returns policy terms to be satisfied i.e return all items in a useable and sellable condition.

We understand this is not the outcome that you would want but unfortunately we have to draw the line somewhere and make a decision - you yourself would not have liked to receive the item in this condition and so we do not think it is fair that somebody else may have to instead
