Shipping mistake handled very well by Lynott team
I’d initially left a review explaining a recent unfortunate experience I had with Lynott where a few of the items in my order were out of stock and I wasn’t informed until after enquiring about only half of my items shipping.
However I want to amend this review because Lynott have since sent me a really lovely email explaining and apologising for the mistake. They’ve also sent me a free piece of jewellery as gesture of good will and offered me a discount for the next time I order from them, which I really appreciate and think was a nice thing to do. Mistakes do happen but customer service is really what sets a business apart, and gives you the confidence to continue shopping there after these mistakes happen. I do feel they’ve handled this really well. Big thanks to the Lynott team.

I love lynnott jewellery. I made a mess of an order recently..entirely my own fault.The lynnott team sorted it straight away.I had the items super quick...they are a birthday present for my sister so now all is well.Customer service was excellent.its not often you see that with companies so thank you....and keep up the fab work..apart from that the jewellery is stunning ❤️❤️

This website is FAB! So many gorgeous pieces to choose from. Always great offers and discounts. The fact pieces are waterproof, sweat proof and tarnish resistant is such a bonus. Super fast delivery. And it's an Irish business to top it all off!
