Delicious experience
The packaging looked very attractive, the taste was delicious and I felt better as I was eating healthy good quality meat. All in all a very good experience.

I was searching for quite a while for a high quality biltong product and came across one of the M-eat stores in London. This is by far the best biltong in the market - the chilli chutney flavour is just amazing.

Not received order, customer service did reply after 2 emails and commenting on Facebook and twitter post and Google review. Have said they will refund which they have now, but if order doesn't arrive I will know they never posted it. Will update

Taken my money over a month ago and still no product delivered. Nobody is getting back to me. Is this a scam company?
Mouldy Biltong - then called a liar - now do not answer emails.
Had 2 perfect and delicious deliveries until the third one arrived. Firstly it was not the correct flavour but that wasn’t the end of the world until I went to tuck into it. The pack had not been sealed properly and the meat was covered in slimy white mould - i had eaten a few pieces before realising but took photos and sent to their customer services email address. Some of it was literally climbing out of the pack itself. I expected some concern and embarrassment but actually got quite the opposite. They noticed the package was different to what was on my order and suggested “ this is not what you ordered, you must have bought it from somewhere else !!!!!” I’m still to receive a credit, replacement or apology.
Absolute disgrace - complaint still outstanding +6 months later with no replies to follow up emails.

Ok but customer service is bad.....took ages to get a delivery. I understand delivery is delayed at moment but I had to email about 5 times to get a response. Also product varies between packet, sometimes dry sometimes moist
