Didn’t want to leave 1 star

Didn’t want to leave 1 star. I ordered a Rose and Lily bouquet with a vase for Mother’s Day yesterday. Totally devastated when it arrived, crap flowers and no vase! I have contacted them and they offered me money off my next order!!!!! Like that’s going to happen!
I should have gone to local supermarket and spent the same money on several bunches, which I was going to do.
WARNING, stick to your first idea!!!!

Disgusting company

Disgusting company. Refusing to refund me for NOT honouring a Mother's Day delivery service, delivering the following day wilted roses that had been in a van for 48 hours. Petals were presented to my elderly mother AFTER Mother's Day and were brown, past their peak. Then, sending me scripted terms and conditions when I complained trying to justify their lateness. The telephone contact closed during working hours. No response for 24 hours to two email tickets and a Twitter private and public message. What's the point of specifying and paying for a specific delivery day if you can't honour it? It was MOTHER'S DAY, you had one job! NOT GOOD ENOUGH! If they were dispatched with a specific delivery day in mind, that means the quality will be lesser when they finally do get delivered. I will be pursuing this with relevant trading authorities. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

My flowers were awful

My flowers were awful, I paid for LARGE flowers and what I got was terrible. Looks nothing like the bunch of flowers pictured. Most of the bunch was grass with very few flowers in it. Very disappointing and certainly not large or worth the price. My mothersday gift was recieved with disappointing comments on how bad they looked and "why had I wasted my money!".

Also I called customer service and sales phone numbers which state they are open 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and it is not a bank Holiday so why are their phone lines closed? This is terrible customer service. I do NOT recommend this service avoid!

If I could leave no stars I would…

If I could leave no stars I would absolutely shocking service, Trading standards should be all over them.
I placed an order over a week ago for flowers, card and chocolates to be delivered on mother's day.
It is called mothering Sunday for a reason!!
Royal mail don't deliver on Sundays so this company should not even be selling flowers for mothering Sunday.
Still not received anything or heard anything, but going on the reviews probably had a lucky escape.
My mother is 97 years old and I only get to see her twice a year as we live 400 miles apart. This might well be my last mother's day to be able to send her flowers.
Absolutely shocking service, l presume the manager is called John Wayne because they are obviously run by a bunch of cowboys. Appalled and disgusted. PLACE AN ORDER AT YOUR PERIL !!!!!!

Bad service

I’ve been using prestige flowers for a year. I placed a order on the 7/03//2024
About 7:30pm. I had sent a personal message on the card for the receiver for a reunion for Saturday 09/03/2024. But on prestige portal, where I placed the order, had a Royal Mail tracking order number.
When I clicked the link it kept referring for me to check tomorrow. So I emailed customer service to find out if they will deliver today or Saturday? I get a email, that my order will be delivered on 11/03/2024. So I emailed them to cancel the order. Instead of replying back to my emails they started to ignore my emails and no response at all. If they could not deliver on my time of request they had my phone number and email they failed to inform me and they have not confirmed cancellation of my order. Calling there customer service is a waste of time they never answer just put you on hold..

If I could leave zero stars I would.

If I could leave zero stars I would.
Delivered late, very misleading delivery info on the website when they actually don’t know when they’ll be delivered.
Much of the bouquet had to be thrown away when it did arrive as it was damaged / dead.
Not nice when it’s for a birthday gift.
Customer service don’t care and say things like “we hope the bouquets brings joy” - erm no, it’s half dead.
Avoid avoid avoid.

Disappointing product

I ordered some flowers - best part of £40, half of them didn't come out, they said they can't do anything as we didn't let them know before 3 days. If they had come out eventually I'd if been happy with that. They had clearly not come out and just died. The few times I have used prestige they've not been half bad, but it seems a little unfair and the customer service was awful.

Awful, terrible!

They advertise next day delivery but they actually have no idea when your flowers will arrive! Highly embarrassing if you have ordered as a gift for someone. I ordered mine on Sunday for next day delivery but they still haven't been delivered and are probably dead in a box somewhere. Don't bother !

Don't bother buying from here

Don't bother buying from here! Got the lily and rose bouquet, was really disappointed, 6 roses - half dead and a few stems of lillies, definitely would not want to send this as a gift! Complete waste of money and poor customer admin service as well. Very disappointed 😞
Won't be using this company again. Marks and Spencer does better quality flowers delivered for same or less money.

No flowers and no refund

I ordered flowers on Friday morning 1 Mar, for delivery on Saturday 2 Mar, however these did not arrive. I spoke with customer services on the Monday who told me they were with the depot on Friday, but not delivered for some reason and would be delivered that day. It wouldn’t have been ideal sending flowers that were 3 days old regardless, but the venue that I was sending them to is closed until 4pm on Wednesday. When I explained this, the lady put me on hold while she went to speak with a manager. When she returned I was told they are not liable for this. I asked if she thought that I should be liable for them not delivering on time, and though she was sympathetic it was reinforced that it’s in their terms and conditions that they are not liable, as they use a third party. I put this an email, and received the same response. I feel extremely sad for the recipient who will receive dead flowers, that I paid for the privilege, and the lack of responsibility and customer service by prestige flowers. They were happy to take my money and my order to deliver on time, however this is an extremely disappointing outcome

D.O.A

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my friend it was next day delivery. They arrived on said day but where nowhere near as lovely as the picture promised. Very dissatisfied as they cost me £40 and i was expecting better quality.
I could have brought a better bouquet from the local garage or supermarket, sorry prestige but I won't be buying again the roses looked dead😔

Very bad quality flowers that won't last - complete scam

Flowers came infected with fungus and did not bloom at all or last for even 1 day - they died very quickly even after sufficient care. There was white mould on rose petals and leaves were yellow.
You are better off buying fresh flowers from a local shop or even a supermarket.
Prestige flowers were very unhelpful when I complained. They seem to think their responsibility of the product is finished as soon as the flowers are delivered.
Waste of money and very disappointing, would not recommend!

Very misleading to advertise next day…

Very misleading to advertise next day delivery when in fact they cannot stand by their claims. I ordered next day delivery at 20.18 pm on the 19th February for my mothers 92nd birthday on 20th February. THey were send by Royal mail which no way could ever deliver the next day and arrived on 21st February missing my mothers birthday. This company had no intentions of delivering these the next day. Avoid this company at all costs. There are better florists out there.

Flowers arrived dead and extremely in poor quality. Company is not interested in talking about a refund. They have admitted poor quality but have changed their mind now and are saying there is no issues. Stay well away and spend you're money on real florists.
