Arranging cancellation = unfortunate ccircumstances.

I ordered flowers for a friend, but due to unfortunate circumstances I had to cancel the delivery, where Kelly at Prestige was very helpful and understanding contacted me the next day ...offered a number of ideas I could choose, but I requested a refund, which I will receive 3-5 days, all sorted in a day. Thank you Kelly.

Not a good experience experience

I have used Prestige flowers several times and although they've got several things wrong in the past they've been willing to compensate or offer a goodwill gesture. But I would rather have a tiptop service in the first place. Just before Christmas I ordered a bunch of flowers for a wedding anniversary and they were lovely flowers but the colours were all wrong.

Fast forward to February and my mum's 96th birthday. I chose the yellow and white bunch as I had a bit of credit on my account from a previous purchase. The flowers had no yellow in but fortunately my mum really liked the flowers. But my main issue was that we ordered them to arrive the day before her birthday and they arrived the day after.

Royal Mail said they attempted to deliver on the right day but then the tracking went cold. Flowers were then returned for delivery next day. 1) they didn't deliver to the right address and 2) they didn't deliver the following day because there was no option on their ridiculous tick box system and no other way of communicating with them. Yes, it's RM who are also at fault but PF choose to use a shambolic courier. The deserved two stars are for the flowers but the poor review is for PF customer service. When a buyer purchases something the onus is on the seller.

This was PF response: "In such cases where delivery attempts have been made, we are unable to provide compensation, as the recipient's availability or decision to accept the delivery is beyond our control..."

This is nonsense. We were available and home all day and of course we would have 'accepted the delivery' if it had been delivered to the right address.

I have edited the review because PF have offered a goodwill gesture but while they're using Royal Mail it has put me off. The approximate flower colours different from the pictures in two months is another reason.

Avoid.Avoid,Avoid

Avoid.Avoid,Avoid
So wanted to order a work colleague some flowers and came across Prestige flowers so decided to give them a go.
Found what "looked" like a beautiful bouquet of flowers and added them to my basket.
Pressed next on their web page and went to checkout, entered my card details and then realised they had added money for delivery and other charges which now took the cost of the flowers from £24 to £38!
So i decided to go elsewhere and closed the web page without pressing next to submit my order.
Found the same flowers elsewhere for £13 delivered.
Checked my emails and Prestige flowers has emailed to say my order has been accepted !!!
Went onto their online chat 5 minutes later and im told... the flowers have been dispatched.....5 minutes later !
They would not cancel an order that i had not even placed.
I am now in the process of reversing this charge with my bank.
To add insult to injury, the flowers arrived at MY address this morning and not my friends !
To say they are pathetic is being too polite.

Dreadful experience

The only thing prestige about this company is the name. Ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day. It's now 2 days later and still not arrived. The product advertised and which I bought were specifically Valentine's flowers. The product is not fit for purpose arriving more than 2 days late whatever their terms and conditions state. Customer service say they will investigate when 3 days late. What a joke. I intend to pursue through social media and legally if necessary.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Bought a £40 bouquet which arrived dead and looking nothing at all like the photos on their website. Contacted customer services with photos who told me there was 'no evident quality issue'. Don't waste your money.

Useless....

I ordered the Crimson collection on January 2nd to come for Valentines day and they didn't arrive!!!!
Also, their lines weren't open on Valentines day so I couldn't track the flowers.
Royal mail were delivering them which was a big red flag already. But for the most important day of the year for flowers I'd expect that all flowers required for the 14th February were delivered on time.
Not to mention they still have not arrived and by the sound of these reviews I don't think they will come.

Poor product

Ordered a large bouquet but what was delivered should hardly pass for standard. Emailed the customer team and they said they saw no issues and that the correct size had been delivered. Very poor product offering. You’re better off buying flowers from Tesco.

Avoid so not use ! Terrible service

This is the second time I have used Prestige whereby they have delivered my order late. An order that was for a special occasion and the date was missed again. The last time I gave them the benefit of the doubt, I did complain that they used Royal Mail on days that they were striking so of course the delivery was never going to get there on time.

However on this occasion they have let me down once again and their response is:

It is important to note that by making a purchase from Prestige Gifting, you are not entering into a contract that guarantees a specific delivery time frame. During peak periods, we reserve the right to extend delivery times as necessary. In the event that we miss the specified delivery date during peak periods but still fulfil the order, you will not be entitled to a full refund. Any remedy provided will be at our discretion.

Also worth noting that they did not dispatch my order until the day it was due to be delivered and I didn't get notified of this delay.

So in short, your delivery will turn up whenever it turns up and not to hold them to account.
Awful service.

Terrible Customer Service

Purchased in October 2023 to start in December 2023, a monthly subscription for my mum and also paid the free delivery pass fee - Flowers every month for a year, what a present I thought!

December’s delivery was without an issue and the flowers were lovely.

Come to this month and they are trying to take the whole transaction again (delivery pass fee).

In addition, they requested the transaction payment, in the middle of the night, so I was unable to authorise the payment anyway.

So my mum was not disappointed, I ended up buying a bouquet, so they arrived on the specified day.

Complained and the customer service is shocking because they are referring to my new order, saying I’ve not paid any postage and don’t answer the problem.

Left dissatisfied, as they are totally missing the point and haven’t gave me a resolution to the problem!!

Guess they just happy for me to take my business elsewhere. Very poor customer relation!!

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. Worst company and experience ever.
- I ordered a bouquet of roses and lilies for £25.49 with £5.99 shipping. So a total of over £30. And this was supposed to be a medium bouquet with a discount applied to it, marketed as a good deal to get it for £25.49
- It arrived a day late. The day after the day I selected. Therefore missed my Mum's birthday
- When it arrived it looked like a £5 bouquet from Tescos. Small, tiny lilies, tiny roses and sparse greenery. It was a joke
- I emailed to complain that it arrived a day late and got replies from what seemed to be automated bots
- I arranged the crappy flowers in a vase and assumed they might look better when the lilies opened. However, THEY DID NOT OPEN. They were such bad quality that the buds stayed closed and then died
- I emailed customer service to complain and they said they'd give me £10 off my next order. Not good enough, why would I want to give them any of my money again? So I responded back and forth with someone who didn't appreciate or seem to understand the fact that the flowers literally died unopened. They then offered me £5 off my next order. LESS than the original offer?!?!?! I said no and that I expect a full refund. They then said that because I didn't email to complain within 3 days, which is their policy, I wasn't due any compensation. I did email within 3 days, to complain they were late. I didn't email within 3 days to say that the buds didn't open because HOW WOULD I HAVE KNOWN THEY WOULDN'T OPEN?!?!?!? The lack of care or customer service is WILD
On their website it says '100% customer satisfaction'. I can assure you its NOT. Overpriced con, poor delivery, bad quality flowers and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Over £30 for dead flowers delivered late. I wish I could upload an image for you to see. Don't order from here.

Don't bother

Don't bother

Claim next day delivery, but when they don't arrive the next day they just don't care. Was sent to a royal mail tracking app to find out if the flowers would turn up. It appears that the money spent on getting high on Google has led to nothing left for customer service

Flowers arrived a day later when I paid extra for a specific date. The flowers were sparse, terribly packaged and wilting. Very disappointed for having paid for this type of product. It is better to buy a bunch from tesco's or sainsbury's. Save your money.

Disappointing
Firstly, the flowers did not arrive on the scheduled delivery date and had to be redelivered 4 days later due to Christmas. I had to spend more money on flowers for Christmas day. The flowers that did arrive looked fine but 4 of the 6 lillies died on the stem without opening. I notified Prestige at the time about the delivery issue and they did nothing. I notified them a few days later about the dead flowers but they refused any refund (offered £10 credit but I've no interest in giving Prestige any more money). Couldn't deliver, the flowers were bad quality and the customer service was polite but failed to compensate me. Will not use again.

Appalling

First off the flowers I ordered were delivered a day late, complained about this and all they did was track the delivery. Second I spent £50 on a bunch of flowers that didn’t last a week. Do not buy from these, save your money and go somewhere else.

Absolutely disgraceful company to…

Absolutely disgraceful company to purchase from.
I ordered flowers to the value of £66.99 for our special occasion and did not arrive and 5 days later they still did not arrive unfortunately these things happen as they rely on 3rd party companies.
The problem i found was getting a refund they would not under any circumstances give me a refund and fed me one lie after another to say i wasn't entitled, i was offered more flowers sent out which after the occasion is pointless i was offered a credit note which again i would not trust these people with any other occasion ever again then and this is 5 days after promised delivery they said it was in their small print that they can only give me the £5.99 delivery charge back and nothing more.
They are apparently exempt from UK law under the the goods not received law.
It wasn't until i got intouch with Santander fraud department that they offered me a full refund because believe it not they are not exempt from uk law.
One lie after another, i've actually complained to channel 5 regarding their trading and sales techniques and scruples as they do advertise on there.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
Awful service. No free card included and when I questioned, was told I couldn't ammend order. Tried to use the bot but never anyone available, received email follwoing day without matter being resolved and without them dealing with the problem I'd explained over and over. Ordered Tuesday evening expecting a Thursday delivery by 4pm Friday - order still not delivered. Was for a special occassion - 70th so VERy disappointed. Not allowed to sperak to a manager on the phone and instead have to email in. Not allowed refund as apparently it's in the small print that delivery date can not be guaranteed despite the fact that the website claims next day delivery - goodness knows how as they couldn't even manage 2 day delivery. Customer service shocking, rude and disrespectful - whispering to colleague whilst talking to me. Then hung up whilst I was still talking. Will never use this company again.
