Mad Motors is a scam.

I placed an order for an Audi TTS lip many months ago. I agreed to make the payment as it was represented to me by the owner and founder of Mad Motors that the whole process of fabricating the lip and shipment will take a month.

After payment was made i had to continuosly chase him on the status of my order as it was delayed again and again.

When it finally came i was so shocked to find my order to be completely wrong and the lip its self was negligently packed and had a cracked in it.

After raising my complaint i was told by the founder and owner of Mad Motors himself that the mistake in the shipment was due to the factory's fault. I find this answer to be irresponsible on his part, as he should have checked the parcel before shipment instead of blaming it on the factory.

I was then given a promise that a new lip will be sent within 3 weeks.

Again this promise was not met. When i complaint to the owner and founder about this he again blamed the factory and refused to take any responsibility and simply said he will follow up with the factory.

To this very day ive not received my lip and none of my emails requesting updates on my order have been answered by Mad Motors.

I would certainly not recommend Mad Motors to anyone as the company is only good in lying and false promises to deceive customers without actually delivering on their orders.

Please stay away from this company for ur own good!

Mad motors is the best site I have ever found and used which I could get all the body styling parts for my Hyundai coupe with 100% help and advice through out . Excellent communication allways from rob and his team who is allways there to help and explain everything . a great selection of parts and information on them and a very easy site to get around . I have spent prob well over a £1000 on this site from wheels to bodykits to suspension and evey part and delivery service has bin 100% perfect and so on . I Would highly recommend mad motors to any1 out there who wants to style or just upgrade parts on there car :)
