Wonderful company to deal with...!
When I contacted Madmotors the salesman answered the phone very promptly and was very efficient. He totally understood my needs and what I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and when I asked questions, he answered straight away. If I didn't understand anything, he would take the time to explain things. Fully recommend the company and will definitely use them again. It's a 10/10 from me. Thank you Madmotors! :)

Very pleasant experience
The experience I had with Madmotors left me with one of the best impressions regarding online stores. Because I'm located in Romania, the order placement had to be done throught the sales department via email.
The contact person from the sales department was more than exemplary. We had an exchange of around 20 emails in which he had the patience to answer all my questions regarding the products, delivery schedule, payment etc. Very professional staff member.
The package arrived on time and without any damage and i will be more than pleased to order again from Madmotors.

The WORST Shopping Experience EVER
I wouldn't recommend this company to my Worst Enemy!!! They have a great Website Design and show excellent reviews - but DON'T BE TAKEN IN BY IT as I have been!!!
They will take your orders - but once they have your money, they never respond to email enquiries.
I was fobbed off on a weekly basis with every excuse possible - and after 6 months, I haven't received the body kit OR a refund as yet!!!
And I'm not the only one - I have since found out about quite a few unhappy customers.
Update - I have now received my refund,,,, but feel that I have wasted 6 months of my life, as I now have to go through the whole process of ordering a body kit from elsewhere.

Following the reply from Mad Motors on 25/10/17 - it's NOT QUITE TRUE!!
I was told that the delivery time would be 8 to 10 weeks,,,, and after receiving numerous, repetitive excuses when I phoned for an update on my order on a weekly basis after 9 weeks had passed, - I had finally had enough, and then cancelled my order on the 25th Week
ALMOST 6 MONTHS LATER!!!!

Thank you for your review. This bodykit was a special order from the US. We did make you aware of the delivery time and you agreed to go ahead. You then cancelled the order before the delivery time was expired. We tried to refund your card but the expiry date had expired. We then managed to make contact with you for your new card details and it was processed as normal. You then confirmed this and the refund was in your account. Thanks.
Next day delivery?
Not being funny but on your page it says next day deliver but both times I have been emailed saying it will 7-10 days and then after 10 days there is still nothing, it would at least be nice to be kept updated.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry but we quote 7-10 working days, as we are not open on weekends. I have checked the order and it was delivered on the 10th working days and within the time stated. We do state on our website, should any item not be in stock, then we will inform the customer of the delivery date. We then only process the order, once the customer has agreed they would like to wait for the goods. We over 90000 products available, it is very tough for us to hold every part, for every car, in stock. Thanks.
Excellent service - great products
I bought an ACT clutch for my MX5 (which was not available anywhere else in the UK) from Mad Motors. The clutch was delivered within a few days and I'm really happy with it. I'd definitely recommend Mad Motors to others looking to buy performance parts.
