DO'NT WASTE YOUR MONEY

what a waste of money, the paint colour is different to what the car colour is, don't waste your money on this company. Took the car and the paint to a body shop and they checked the colour to use and said it was nothing like the colour.

Incorrect paint

Ordered paint with registration number, they sent the paint promptly, sprayed the part went to fix to the car only to find it was the wrong colour, if they needed the paint code they should have asked for it instead of sending the wrong paint. Spoke to someone via email whom I can only say was totally clueless, sent them all the info they asked for, paint code, picture of car, even the Vin number for them to say they can’t guarantee I’d still get the correct paint! Think it might have been the fact that I asked for a can of primer with the correct paint as a curtesy for their mistake. What an unprofessional company! Stay away! They processed my refund promptly, that’s the one star.
Should have just gone to Halfords.

Great company and super helpful!

I had asked few issues with my order and refund. They were able to support me and help me solve the issue. The colour match is also great too!

Ps. I'd say avoid the primer, because it's white and may make the outcome worse. Depending on the colour of your car of course! But overall, it's very fixable.

Refused refund

Refused refund - despite the fact I contacted the company and returned the item as they described. They denied receiving the return stating the issue was with Klana. The customer service was really poor - I would never use this company again.

Repeat Customer

Well packaged, good quality paint, quick delivery, ordering by reg no. is very helpful; used paint to touch up both car and van (inc re-sealing very heavily sunburned car roof, avoiding partial respray, I am still congratulating myself on that one)

I am happy and pleased with my…

I am happy and pleased with my purchase. At first I was doubting if the product will really do justice but lo and behold I did apply it and the unfortunate mark on my car disappeared. Didn’t even look like there was a scratch.

Oh dear - go elsewhere

Oh dear. Placed an order over two weeks ago. No response. Chased this week by email to receive same as others, a query on paint code and requesting VIN. That I sent and no response. Chased again earlier today and now receive a response that email address not recognised. It’s the exact same email address. I’ll be disputing with my CC to get money back and would suggest others go elsewhere based on this experience.

After sales service not good at all

After sales service not good at all. I’ve ordered form here once before and had a good experience. This time I sent the correct code , they couldn’t find the paint 11 days later they ask me for the vin and paint code, so I send them a picture of the car , the vin and the code picture form the side of the door on my 2025 jeep. Wait to be only told still struggling and can I send a picture. Referred (Michelle) to the email I sent a week earlier clearly with about 4 different pictures of the car, waited a week to be sent a completely different colour!. Sent an email again with the pictures, they take an average 4 days to reply to any email, to be told sorry and sending a new one.. they do and it’s wrong again. Quick google I found it myself and ordered from a. Competitor and it arrived and it’s correct and perfect.. I’m still waiting for them to explain why , but rather than that they processed a refund. Awful after service and a shame s I recommended them to lots of car valeters and won’t be from now on

Very poor service

Very poor service. Ordered multiple items on the 26th for an express delivery, nothing ever arrived. Chased order and was told " very sorry, we will despatch next day".
We are now 9 days later and still no delivery.
Total days from order 17days and nothing arrived.
Order now cancelled.
I will not be using again.

Not a positive experience no product no refund

I'm not sure why my order has seemed so problematic to them their processes and communication are not providing a good customer service experience. I can only presume the product will be ok if and when I ever receive it, however I have also requested a full refund which doesn't seem forthcoming either!!

Provided the cars registration number…

Provided the cars registration number and waited for delivery, 2 weeks later I chase them up to be told they could not find the paint code for that car anywhere, it took me 10 seconds to search Google and find the answer. I provided this to them and they said they’d fulfill the order immediately, fast forward another week nothing so I requested a refund, they said they’d refund, 3 weeks on no refund. Utter rubbish service from the get go.

Definitely not colour matched, matt instead of metallic

Ordered 2 spray cans and 2 lacquer cans from Mad 30 July 2025.
Firstly the lacquer did not arrive, I had to email Mad whi did send the lacquer out, but extended my repair by a further 3 days.
As the paint states colour matched to the cars registration I expected a good result. Unfortunately this is certainly not the case here. My wife's car is metallic black, when I first sprayed the bumper with the paint it looked very matt, but I assumed maybe the lacquer would improve or was needed.
After the bumper was finished it was still a matt colour. Several e mails have been sent to Mad, who original stated after the lacquer was applied the paint would be correct, I replied informing them the lacquer had been applied. Next they asked ME if I thought the issue was the paint match or the lacquer, I sent them a mail stating they are the experts and state they supply colour match paint.
Mad have over 40 days to correct, bit they seem not to care, bother.
Then the offered to send the correct paint, still waiting for this to arrive, date now 09 September, so over 45 days and still not correct.
DONT WASTE YOU MONEY WITH THEM..

Still waiting for paint ordered 6 days ago (Same day Dispatch)

I ordered paint. They said the registration didn't come through. I emailed them the registration, replying to there email. Phoned a few days later when I realised nothing had been dispatched. Apparently they did not receive email but they will dispatch the day I called. Four days later I still have not received the paint. No tracking information on royal mail tracker. (Edit) Absolutely shocking company. Basically lie to you. They keep saying they haven't seen my email, when all I have done is reply to the email they have sent me. Requested refund. I will keep you in touch as I'm not convinced that they will give me my money back. They said they would process refund. I raised a dispute with bank anyway. Money is back in my account. Not sure if refunded or if bank has credited me.
