Bottles empty and leaked all over the package
Ordered 6 roll on deodrants and when the package arrived 2 were completely empty and had leaked all over the inside of the package. Have tried to ring, no answer and the feedback form will not accept my photo. I havent used these before and wont do again!

I’m really disappointed with how my issue has been handled.
I received a damaged product. The cream had completely leaked all over the package, making it unusable. I understand things like that can happen in transit so that's not an issue at all.
I provided clear photos from all angles, including the barcode and packaging, exactly as requested.
Despite this, instead of resolving the issue, I was repeatedly asked for more information and then told the case had been “escalated.”
I am still waiting for a refund and I dont even know if I will get one...
The whole process has been unnecessarily complicated and time consuming for such a simple issue — especially considering the item was only £8 and I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time.
At this point, I’m still without a resolution, which is very frustrating. Unfortunately this is not a British company and they seems to follow rules and attitudes from different country...

Upon my first order, I have ordered 2 Delia mascaras but only one was received. There was a big and long crack on the parcel box, so not sure whether it was omitted to be put in or lost during its delivery. Extremely disappointed!

I would rate this outfit with zero stars if that were possible. I placed an order. A few weeks later it hadn’t been delivered. Instead of refunding me or replacing the item, Makeup.uk kept saying I had to wait for their never-ending dispute with their delivery firm to complete. No deadline, no urgency. I never received the item.
My advice - avoid them. It would be better to pay more and actually receive what you order.

Found a rare perfume online - quickly ordered/paid for, then did a review on company, read the horrible reviews and thought damn made a mistake,
However no issues whatsoever - delivery info was updated regularly
(Evri) the perfume itself was well boxed Originally (ajmal perfumes come in a large box)
That box could've had an additional secure layer, however all received well.

I don't know why this company is rated so low, but I have a great experience, first of all, the selection of products and their prices are very good, and I received the delivery in less than a week and I would have received it even faster, but the Evri carrier kept my shipment in its warehouse for two days before it was delivered, so I received everything I ordered, maybe the box was a little poorly packaged because the products were still placed in a box without any protection, but the goods arrived undamaged, I bought the goods for 90 pounds, it was strange that I didn't receive any samples or gifts because I get them from other companies even when I buy for a smaller amount. But I think the company should consider safer packaging and gifts for its customers in the future. But apart from all that, I am satisfied with my purchases, I really like Polish cosmetics

I have to say I did look at the reviews and took a chance, it did not pay off. I got to checkout, klarna is holding the funds as the payment was set up but no confirmation email, no reference, no response from company. No auto reply, nothing. I tried twice, same result. Very strange, if this is a legit site it has major setup flaws which is ashame because the site seems to offer great prices. Time consuming with no results

I have ordered from Makeup on numerous occasions, and have received nothing but excellent service from them. Either I have been extremely lucky or some of the negative reviews are suspect.
My package contained glass bottles. They each came individually wrapped, in a sturdy box. Communication was excellent throughout.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Makeup, and will continue to order in the future.

Shattered perfume inside box!
Order 1769105564-0792 I today received the perfume bottle to find it completely shattered. Glass shards falling out of the box as soon as it was opened and inspected. Contacted them by email, sent over video and photo evidence which they requested. I was told I have 14 days to send it all over, so I sent it over within 10 minutes of them requesting evidence. Apparently this is all for them to investigate, however I’m not quite sure what’s to investigate when the parcel was collected and clearly smashed to pieces. Since that email of evidence they haven’t responded to me. Now my worry is if they’ll actually respond within the 14 days. I’ve read other people’s reviews saying they go radio silent and respond after 14 days saying the evidence was insufficient.
Awaiting my refund will keep updating with reviews until I’m refunded.
