Cannot fault this company made order Thursday came Friday right part packaged brill, dyson now has a new life

Went to Manchester Vacs with a friend who had been to their previous shop some years ago.

Claire was great - very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy.
After much deliberation purchased a reconditioned Dyson with a guarantee included.

Great shop. Great service. Great purchase.

I run a safety consultancy near Milton Keynes in which a couple of our employees are always PAT testing. The most common, dangerous electrical fault by far is damaged leads on vacuum cleaners. Leads are trapped under doors, pulled and often stripped down to expose live copper conductors, lethal. The safest possible repair is to change the lead. I have bought in excess of 50 leads from Manchester Vacs as well as other parts for non functioning machines. Their prices are very competitive, their advice is sound, they are easy to deal with and the goods arrive quickly. Definately my go-to place for vacuum cleaner advice, spare parts and leads.

Good site, cheaper than Amazon, easy ordering and DPD delivery. How shopping online should be.

Having found this company on the Internet my husband and I (gosh I sound like the queen) decided to take a ride and visit them. We were looking for a reconditioned Dyson as a second round of vac. We were greeted by a lovely lady who couldn't do enough for us and she was very genuine! She should us the vacs and showed us how to use them as the newer versions are slightly different. She didn't try hard selling and let us choose the one best for us. We wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again. I don't know the lady's name but I thank her most sincerely for all her help.

Don’t use them.... they have very rude staff working for them.... who will send you unbelievabley rude emails for no reason, at first I thought it was a joke because it was so unprofessional I,m not sure how this person is getting away with it.... stay away from them....very bad customer service.... only know the guys name as Stuart!..

Just read response ...shocker that it’s a load of lies.... yes we made a mistake on first order and we redid it.... was happy with the service you provided upto that point.... all I did after that was ask a few days later when to expect the order and was told I should of had It by then and you would look into it...

Doing was updating saying still not reveievd .... then all of a sudden like so many people in these reviews have been getting rude emails ever since there is no need for it.... customer service is appalling and wrong information given. Have email trails to show what I was told and how rude they have been.... First company to use these reviews to give customers even more abuse then they got via personal emails...a joke really.... quite unbelievable

Very good range of parts and very good service. Open late night Thursday which is helpful to those of us who work long hours.

Awful customer service. Rude, sarcastic and patronising response received when I raised an issue with the build quality of a product. Unfortunately, due to the shambolic experience I received, I would not make another purchase from Manchester Vacs.

When I raised my complaint, this was the response I received:

“ We sell thousands of them. Quality is fine. Assembly is child's play and takes just a few minutes. We cannot be responsible for your lack of practical skills”. Doesn’t this sound familiar to the responses posted on Trustpilot?

This company has a completely disgusting attitude and treats it’s customers with contempt.

Absolutely awesome communication, unbiased suggestions, speedy deliveries - oh yeah, and detailed, helpful 'how-to' posts online. What more can one ask for in a retailer and service shop? Stuart will most certainly be my reference point for vacuums - go educate yourself on the website and buy with confidence from Manchester Vacs. Couldn't be more pleased!

Absolutely excellent. I have contacted Manchester Vacs for help on a couple of occasions and have always had prompt and useful advice. I cannot praise this company too highly and would definitely use them again in the future.

Ordered the little clip that keeps the bin closed on a Dyson DC07 from Manchester Vacs instead of the entire cyclone assembly that every dealer I checked here in the US wanted to sell me. Got exactly the right part in just a couple of weeks even through the Christmas mailing rush. Not bad for a 5000 mile delivery! Couldn't be happier with the ease of ordering the part I needed from the web site, and the promptness of the delivery! I will recommend Manchester Vacs to any of my friends needing Dyson parts! (P.S. Knew they would be good to deal with. We emigrated from Manchester to America, so knew the folks at home would be great! And out of all the places I searched on the web, they were the only people who went down to this level of parts detail, instead of just sub-assemblies. Sort of like the old-fashioned ironmonger who would know exactly what small piece of hardware you needed and sell it to you in a little paper bag instead of selling you a whole shrink-wrapped package containing more of them than you needed or could use in years!) DPD delivered our DC04 replacement wand, button and button replacement tool ( if I'd found you a couple of years ago I wouldn't have broken the button getting it out...in order to re-make the cable connection). The items are of excellent quality, at a good price. I was sharing the experience with a friend this lunchtime but he is already a customer of yours...he too couldn't speak highly enough of you. First class. Many thanks.
