ManchesterVacs has to be the ultimate for Dyson spares and advice!
I recently ordered a brushroll removal tool and t15 screwdiver - The screwdriver is excellent and the brushroll removal tool makes clutch machine easy during my refurbs. However after using it twice the handle did snap off the actual tool which was unexpected but they quickly resolved the problem and I know these are quality as ive got friends that have used the same one 200-300 times over and everything from MVacs is well made, and brilliant. I once bought a purple and lime power cord for my DC04 Absolute keeping it as original as possible and that was excellent! If you need a new vacuum or need parts or tools ManchesterVacs is the place to go!!!

My refurbished Sebo BS 36 arrived today costing £165.00 which included the postage from Manchester. The Sebo arrived within the given time and was extremely well packaged for it's journey to London. Once unpacked the Sebo SB 36 looked in very good condition for a refurbished model with only a minor scratch to the outer casing which was nothing.
Once used the Sebo SB 36 was extremely powerful and did pick up the dirt from the carpet along with pet hairs from my elderly cat. Compared to my two previous Hoover PurePower models this is so much better. It is early days but I am pleased I bought my refurbished model from a registered Sebo company. The accessories such as the crevice, dusting brush and upholstery tools can be bought separately which I am about to do. I also run a guest house and have decided to change my floor cleaners to a Sebo SB 36 model as it is very powerful. I would say that this is a super carpet cleaner and highly recommended. I was also extremely pleased with the service I got from Manchester-Vacs from whom I bought. As they are vacuum repair specialists I have to the knowledge that my Sebo SB 36 was tested thoroughly before being sold to me.

Fantastic service! If you need anything Manchestervacs usually has it. If not, a word with Claire and she goes out of her way to get it. I recommend them to everyone. If you get stuck with anything you can go on their forum and a mountain of knowledge is waiting to help you! I give them 5⭐️And very well deserved.

I recently bought a refurbished Dyson from Manchester Vacs. I ordered the vac online on Thursday evening and it arrived Monday. I called the shop as I had accidentally snapped a clip on the vac (my fault being clumsy!) and the level of customer service I received was brilliant. After emailing a pic of the damaged clip, Claire offered to send one out for us to fit ourselves but advised it might be tricky and to return it to the shop/ring to talk through if we were stuck. Fab communication through out. Thank you Manchester vacs.

First Class ! Immediate answer to telephone enquiry and spares despatched within the hour of order and received next day. Read their istory on website ....a shining example of how firms should act today!!

Dyson told me DC04 spares were obsolete. I only wanted a new wand handle and a back hose. Manchester Vacs had both in stock and brand new. No complaints from me.

Unfortunately the customer service (or lack of) leaves a lot to be desired, unless you're looking for a poor quality product and the service to match. Both of the members of staff I had the misfortune of corresponding with were equally rude and aggressive in tone, despite my own communications being both polite and courteous. I'm rarely driven to leave a review but I felt compelled on this occasion.

Last year I called them to ask about delivery and if they had any reconditioned Dyson DC14 machines and they said that they did and if I ordered it that say it would arrive by the end of the week and 2 days later it arrived! It performes like a new Dyson, smells like a new Dyson and nothing has worn out and I didn't have to use their six month no quibble guarantee because the Dyson is perfect and still works like new and smells like new even a year later. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again or recommend them. I can guarantee you won't be disappointed

Top-quality old-fashioned service

I first made contact with Manchester Vacs a couple of years ago when I was having problems with my ancient Dyson. I took their advice and bought a secondhand DC14. Recently that was ready for service, so I got in touch again about that and perhaps sorting out a spare DC14 that would need a motor and service.

Every time I got in touch, whether by email or in person, the service was faultless: fast, friendly, helpful and efficient. I now have two machines doing sterling work. And everything done at very reasonable prices.

There are places nearer to me that work on Dysons but they don't inspire me with confidence. Manchester Vacs does and I have no hesitation in recommending them. And if you do go there be sure to see the old Dysons in their mini-museum. It's fascinating!
