When you're ordering parts you never know whether to go for expensive originals or pattern - their website gave good advice RE using non-original parts i.e. the cheaper alternative they actually use to re-condition Dysons so that gave me the confidence to order it. Free delivery a major plus over other bigger online parts suppliers.

After a glitch with my order, which was sorted out courteously and efficiently, I now have a fully working Dyson. With Manchester Vacs help I believe I can keep my Dyson working for many more years. I would recommend Manchester Vacs as a good company to deal with. Although perhaps not the cheapest for parts, they are certainly the best, and they know what they are talking about.

I ordered a repalcement motor for my Dyson DC01 on the Sunday, i asked if delivery could be delayed until the Wednesday & sure enough it turned when requested! Could not have asked for better service -WELL DONE Manchester Vacs,.

We got DC41 spares here that Dyson refused to sell us. Total repair cost was cheaper than having Dyson out. Recommended!

looking for a dyson dc24 brushbar motor ,
found one they were cheaper than ebay ,ordered and fitted in 3 days cant have any better ,highly recomended

I was all ready to buy a new Dyson when mine packed in, but looking on this site I purchased a new motor on the Friday afternoon and it was delivered on the Saturday morning, could not ask for better service, even my local spares shop would take 3 days to get this part in and double the price!I
