I just wish I had read the reviews first... we had a rebate of £231.02 pence issued by HMRC. After this bunch of charlatans had finished with us they sent us a cheque for 13p! Yes, you read it right- they took a fee of £230.89 from us - absolute bunch of wasters. Fuming. If you are reading this at IDIGIU I have no idea how you sleep at night.
Absolute thieves!
This company needs reporting!
They take three quarters of the money owing to you and there isn’t a contact number.
They do not explain the free to you and just take any amount they like!!! Avoid!Avoid! Avoid!
This company are nothing but thieves
This company are nothing but thieves . they give you the talk on how good they are at getting you the rebate but what they don't explain clearly is the fees that they will charge you to rob you of your rebate you would expect a percentage charge but what you don't expect is a £100 charge as well on top as well as vat so if you get told by them your going to get £250 back all you will receive is £8 after their extortionate fees whatever happens do not use them at least dick Turpin wore a mask
This really means no stars
This really means no stars! Avoid this company IDIGIU like the plague. They have no conscience. Rather than claiming tax back. I lost £180 and they are just laughing all the way to the bank.
