This company really is the pits

This company really is the pits. They take 40% of the rebate plus £100.00. When I phoned and questioned the woman who answered. I asked how they justify 40% plus £100.00 her reply that’s our fees, she didn’t have a clue how to answer me. In the end she said the £100.00 was finders fee, I said you have already taken 40%, to which she replied “it’s finders fee” If that is correct what is the 49% for. The women was an idiot. Also I cannot find an email address

Robbers

Just like everybody else has said, avoid !! My wife filled in a claim for marriage allowance from what she thought was a HRMC site. How easy would it be for HMRC to ask you to confirm the nominee the cheque is to be made payable to?. Just seems for the sake of a letter or email all this misery this company are dishing out could be avoided avoided. Disgusting.

Scam company , reported to trade and standards

I had a £99.40 rebate in over paid married tax off that they charge me 35% fee then a admin fee of £100 to come out of my rebate , I think 35% of payment would of been fair but adding £100 fee as well is unsatisfactory which has left me out of pocket . Total rip-off . I’ve contacted trade and standards as I feel a company should not be operating in this way . Advice this company and contact HMRC yourself , I will be visiting them soon

DO NOT USE!

DO NOT USE!! They take more than half of your rebate as a "fee" without making it clear and it gives you the impression that you are dealing with HMRC directly.

Please avoid using this company

Please avoid using this company. They are very strategically designed to make you think you are dealing with HMRC whereas they are actually an independent organisation who take 35% plus VAT and £100 administration fee from your money. Its a joke such an organisation can operate by fooling people.
Claim directly through HMRC.

Marriage Allowance SCAMMERS

Avoid this company at all costs. I just received an email from them stating that my marriage allowance application has been successful and HMRC is agreed to pay £480.64 and guess what I been robbed this company charged me £301.87 for their expenses plus and admin fee. I just contacted HMRC and file a complaint. This company is a disgrace and I will do everything within my power to fight against them which I believe we all need to stop this scammers scamming our hard earned money. I also got my solicitor involved and will contact with a local newspaper to get them out there so people will know what they are dealing with.

Marriage Tax Scam

Hi
My Husband and I thought we were dealing with HMRC, unfortunately it was Marriage Tax Claims Limited.
To cut a long story short, the above Company told us we were eligible for a rebate of £1200 and were getting everything sorted before sending our cheque.

This started August 2019 and as yet have not received a penny. Can anybody please tell me where I could get help. I realise now there is commission to be paid, as I didn’t realise I wasn’t dealing with HMRC, but they haven’t sent me out a penny and won’t answer my emails or calls

Thank You
Lorraine

Never use such companies!

I applied to the company, I was supposed to get 2300 from the tax, but the company only paid me f 400, when I reminded myself today, when I get the rest of the money, they told me that I was never their client! Massacre! people, do not use these companies, they are a bunch of scammers and hustlers, apply to HMRC and you will get your money from them.

Marriage allowance scammers

I had a cheque sent to me by HMRC but never cashed it at the bank. When I did take it to the bank the cheque had expired. Got in touch with HMRC directly to ask them to reissue the cheque. Never contacted any third parties. Received my new cheque from these scumbags minus nearly £400. How did they get my details??? Inside job? HMRC NO HELP AT ALL!!!

Sounded too good to be true like most…

Sounded too good to be true like most of the ******* who run these scams. Got suspicious when it asked for my NI number so I checked before proceeding and here we are. I would say avoid this company is a crock of excretia and reading from their payout fees I hope their fake reps have heart attacks and die, and that goes for all scammers.
