Delivery and contact
I placed an order for a mattress on January 16th and was informed that the delivery would take place on January 27th, even though the website states that delivery takes 1–2 business days. I decided to make the purchase based on positive customer reviews.
Unfortunately, by January 30th I had not received any information regarding the delivery. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact the company by phone, I sent an email asking for a clear delivery date. I was then informed that the mattress was still in production and that the delivery would be delayed by at least one week.
As of February 7th, the company has still not informed me about the current status of my order. Communication is difficult, and the lack of clear information is very disappointing.
This was my first order, encouraged by positive reviews, but after this experience I would not recommend this company to others.

Advertise as free shipping all over website however I received a customs charge of £45. There is no mention on the website of this or when checking out the item. Emailed them about it and was told this is in the terms and conditions, like honestly who checks terms and conditions for this when purchasing a mattress? False advertisement if you ask me. I ordered and paid for a mattress on 03-01, and today is 26-01. I have still not received anything, on the tracking system I can see that is still in Germany (the delivery was supposed to be in Denmark) I have already sent an email and am waiting for a response.
The delivery times stated on your website are 3–5 days for Denmark, so this delay is completely unacceptable. I am very disappointed with your service.

Replacement of European size mattress
Was looking to replace a European size mattress topper that was originally from IKEA but which is not sold at IKEA any more. This is a great site to get European sizes and the mattress I bought is great. One thing though is that the site suggested that all mattress toppers are shipped rolled. Mine was rolled but also folded and vacuum packed but fortunately this did not affect the structure of the mattress.

Das mit dem Falten und dann vakuumieren stimmt und ist tatsächlich gängiger Standard: Ab einer Breite von mehr als 100cm werden alle Matratzen von den Herstellern erst gefaltet, dann gerollt und dann vakuumiert. Dadurch sind die Rollen auch bei großen Matratzen von den Mitarbeitern im Lager, den LKW Fahrern, den Leuten im GLS/DHL Verteilerzentrum, den Lieferfahrern und letztendlich von euch Kunden leichter zu tragen. Wir sind ein Händler, kein Hersteller, haben Matratzen von vielen verschiedenen Herstellern im Angebot und alle machen das so. Wir haben aktuell nur eine einzige Matratze im Sortiment, die nicht auf diese Weise verpackt ist und let me assure you: Die ist unfassbar schwer, unhandlich und wirklich jeder der sie anfassen muss, fängt instant an zu fluchen! ;) Und genau das ist der Grund, wieso dieses Falttechnik der Standard ist :)

However, there is another tip I can give you: The sleeping sensation, or how hard or soft a mattress feels, is also influenced by an adjustable slatted frame, as its slats can change the firmness level of the mattress by up to 40%. If you're unsure whether your slatted frame is adjustable, take a look at the slats in the pelvic and lumbar area. If there are small sliders or double slats present, you can adjust the firmness level. If the mattress feels too hard to you, slide the sliders further outwards to make the area more flexible. If it seems too soft, move the sliders further towards the center to make the slatted frame more stable and supportive. The area under the pelvis is particularly crucial for properly aligning your spine.
Often, a small adjustment is enough to significantly improve the sleeping sensation without having to buy a new mattress or mattress topper right away.

Die Komfortschaummatratze K10 ist eigentlich als Härtegrad H3 kategorisiert, was für Personen zwischen 80 und 100 kg empfohlen wird. Es gibt aber noch einen anderen Tipp, den ich dir geben kann: Das Liegegefühl, also wie hart oder weich sich eine Matratze anfühlt. wird auch durch einen verstellbaren Lattenrost beeinflusst, da dessen Federleisten bis zu 40 % den Härtegrad der Matratze verändern können. Falls du dir unsicher bist, ob dein Lattenrost verstellbar ist, schau dir die Leisten im Becken- und Lendenbereich an. Wenn dort kleine Schieberegler oder doppelte Leisten vorhanden sind, kannst du den Härtegrad anpassen. Wenn dir die Matratze zu hart vorkommt, schiebe die Regler weiter nach außen, um den Bereich flexibler zu machen. Wenn sie dir zu weich erscheint, stelle die Regler weiter zur Mitte, damit der Lattenrost stabiler wird und besser unterstützt. Gerade der Bereich unter dem Becken ist entscheidend, um deine Wirbelsäule richtig auszurichten.

Terrible service
Terrible service. The mattress was sent to the wrong address, and when I called customer service, they denied all responsibility and refused to help. The operator even hung up on me. This happened at 1:05 p.m. on January 23 at +49 2452 9285830. The operator was rude, discourteous, and even cheeky. She said it was my problem and I had to deal with it myself. She also said she didn't care about a negative review. Surely her terrible service will not lead to any disciplinary action. She also refused to tell me her name. Her poor work is damaging the company that pays her salary.

vielen Dank für dein Feedback. Es tut mir leid zu hören, dass die Matratze dir zu hart erscheint. Der Härtegrad kann tatsächlich unterschiedlich wahrgenommen werden. Falls du eine Wendematratze gekauft hast, könntest du die Liegefläche wechseln, um die weichere oder festere Seite auszuprobieren.
Die Härtegrade H2 und H3 stehen für unterschiedliche Festigkeiten: H2 ist weich, H3 ist mittel. Bei einer Wendematratze hast du die Möglichkeit, je nach Empfinden die passende Seite zu wählen. Wenn dir die Matratze zu hart ist, könntest du die weichere Seite ausprobieren.
Ein weiterer hilfreicher Tipp: Mit den Federleisten deines Lattenrostes kannst du den Härtegrad der Matratze bis zu einem gewissen Grad beeinflussen, da das Liegegefühl stark vom Lattenrost abhängt. Viele Menschen unterschätzen diesen Effekt oder vergessen, dass er existiert. Falls du dir unsicher bist, ob dein Lattenrost verstellbar ist, schau dir die Leisten im Becken- und Lendenbereich an. Wenn dort kleine Schieberegler oder doppelte Leisten vorhanden sind, kannst du den Härtegrad anpassen.
Die Einstellung selbst ist ganz einfach: Wenn dir die Matratze zu hart vorkommt, schiebe die Regler weiter nach außen, um den Bereich flexibler zu machen. Wenn sie dir zu weich erscheint, stelle die Regler weiter zur Mitte, damit der Lattenrost stabiler wird und stärker unterstützt. Besonders der Bereich unter dem Becken ist entscheidend, da er deine Wirbelsäule richtig ausrichten sollte. Oft reicht schon eine kleine Anpassung, um das Liegegefühl deutlich zu verbessern, ohne direkt eine neue Matratze oder einen Matratzentopper kaufen zu müssen.
