Not happy with delivery

Not happy with delivery, I had to gp and collect the mattress at a service point! I was expecting it to be delivered at my address.

Unfortunately, we do not have our own shipping service and therefore work with GLS and DHL. We provide them with the goods and your address, but they unfortunately made the decision to use a pickup point on their own because they could not reach you 🙄

I’m very sorry that you had the extra effort of having to pick up your Supportho Premium. However, we are even more pleased to hear that you are now satisfied with your new cold foam mattress! 😊

False shipping promises and dishonest customer service

They promise shipping in 2 days, but I ordered 3 days ago and the tracking still shows "not shipped." When I contacted them, they claimed it was the shipping company's fault. However, GLS officially confirmed that they haven't even received the item yet. They are clearly being dishonest. I’ve had no choice but to start a chargeback with my bank. Avoid!

Unfortunately, I don't have access to your order details here, so I can only speculate on what might have happened.

The most common reason why we show items as shipped, but GLS/DHL hasn’t received them yet, is simply the time lag between when we’ve already labeled the items with the GLS/DHL label and placed them in the GLS/DHL truck, but the truck isn’t quite full yet and is still parked in our loading bay.
GLS/DHL only leaves the yard every few hours, then drives the truck who knows where, has to unload it there, and only then is it scanned.

We often run into this problem when customers want to cancel orders—we say, “It’s already been shipped,” and the customer says, “No, GLS says they haven’t received the package yet.” -> Well, that’s because it was already in the truck; it just takes a few hours for it to get scanned.
We can’t teleport things, after all ;)

So I suspect that was the case here with you as well. Otherwise, I don’t know what could have gone wrong. But in any case, I’m sorry that we weren’t able to keep our promise in your case.

We are also glad that you are satisfied with the mattress. With a flip mattress, you have the option to choose between two sleeping surfaces, each offering different firmness levels. H2 is the softer one, H3 the firmer. Check if you might have accidentally been lying on the soft side. Just try flipping it over; maybe it won't feel too soft for you then.

If it still feels too soft, there is another option: your slatted frame.

The slats of the slatted frame can influence the firmness of the mattress to a certain extent. How firm or soft a mattress feels depends up to 40% on the slatted frame. Many people underestimate this effect or forget that it even exists. Even orthopedic mattresses only show their effect with a properly adjusted base.

If you are unsure whether your slatted frame is adjustable, it’s worth taking a quick look at the slats in the pelvic and lumbar area. If there are small sliders or double slats that can be pushed in or out, then the firmness can be adjusted.

The adjustment itself is quite simple: If the mattress seems too soft to you, move the sliders further towards the center so that the slatted frame becomes more stable and provides stronger support. The area under the pelvis is crucial because it either aligns your spine properly or forces it into an unnatural position. Often, a small adjustment is enough to significantly improve the lying comfort.

If that doesn't work either, unfortunately, we have gone through all the free tips I could give you. Then there would still be the option to buy a topper; you can find something like that in our shop :)

Misleading for UK customers – Hidden costs and long wait

Don't be fooled by the "1-2 days delivery" promise. This company ships from Germany, and for UK customers, it took 2 weeks to arrive. On top of that, I was hit with unexpected customs duties and import VAT which weren't clearly stated during checkout. The website looks like a local UK shop (.en-gb), but it's actually an import. If you're in the UK, be prepared to pay extra and wait much longer than advertised.

no response from customer service anymore

I would like to share my experience with this company. About a month ago, I ordered a mattress, which was then handed over to GLS for delivery. Shortly after, I received an email stating that the address was incorrect.

I responded to that email, confirming the address. I also used the link they sent me to verify and complete the address details.

Since then, I have repeatedly asked about the status of my package. The only response I keep receiving is that the address is incorrect. I told them multiple times that other couriers deliver to this address without any issues. I have received only one reply from them, but the fact remains that after a month, the package still has not been delivered.

At this point, they have also stopped responding altogether. There is no phone number available, only an email address and I am stuck.

As it stands, I have neither received my package nor a refund, and I am no longer getting any response. I believe this could be a good company, given the fact that the reviews are good, but I truly do not understand why this situation is being handled in such a way.

Great quality for the price and super fast delivery

The mattress is very comfortable, and I’ve been sleeping really well every night since I got it for almost a year now. Delivery was very fast, and I really appreciated that it was brought right to my door for free.

The quality is excellent, especially for the price. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this company.

I was under the understanding that the order would be delivered home within 3 days. It took one week, and I needed to pick the mattress (!!) up at a pickup point, which I do not recommend.
Also, you need to be informed that the customer is responsible for the return costs to Germany.Pillows are never allowed to be returned once out of the package.

Wir haben keine eigene Spedition und versenden mit GLS und DHL an die Adressen, die ihr bei der Bestellung angeht - also zu euch nachhause. Von da an läuft das wie bei jedem anderen Paket über Versanddienstleister auch: zuhause nicht angetroffen -> Ware geht an Abholpunkt. Tut mir leid dass das in deinem Fall so passiert ist, ich weiß wie unfassbar nervig das ist. Die Matratzen sind zwar handlich zusammengerollt und vakuumverpackt, trotzdem ist das bei einer Supportho 160 schon etwas an Gewicht zu schleppen, ich hoffe du konntest das mit einem Auto transportieren und musstest es nicht schleppen.

NOT as described!

The delivery was promised but they changed it to pick up order after payment was made.

Also the height of the mattress is NOT 16 cms instead it is 14 cms even after leaving it for 90hrs

6 weeks late, and it hasn’t even been shipped yet

The mattress topper ordered on February 1st has still not been shipped as of today (March 18th)! Despite multiple inquiries, customer service only sends an automated email with the same text, saying that due to production delays, a one-week delay is expected. It’s always the same template message, and of course nothing ever arrives. The estimated delivery dates provided at the time of ordering are completely unrealistic and misleading to customers. We paid for the product and have been waiting for months—if we receive it at all…
Avoid this store at all costs!
