vielen Dank für dein Feedback. Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass deine Bestellung zum Zeitpunkt deiner Bewertung (02.01) noch nicht angekommen war. Bitte bedenke, dass das kurz nach Weihnachten war. Um die Weihnachtszeit gab es massive Verspätungen bei den meisten Lieferungen und es hat selbst nach Weihnachten noch ein paar Tage gedauert, bis die ganzen Versanddienstleister das alles abgearbeitet hatten.
Schau mal in den Kalender und rechne zurück. Vom 02.01 an, wenn man 4 Werktage zurück zählt, wäre das 31.12, 30.12, 29.01 - und dann sind wir schon beim 24.12 (Mittwoch), alles dazwischen war Weihnachten und 2 Tage Wochenende. Es waren also 3 Werktage seit Weihnachten vorbei war. Genau die Zeit wo viele Zusteller in Urlaub sind oder noch mit Rückstau abarbeiten beschäftigt sind.
Ich erwarte jetzt nicht, dass du plötzlich 5 Sterne gibst, aber ein bisschen mehr Verständnis für den Stress, den Paketdienstleister während der Weihnachtszeit haben, wäre schon nett :)
Ist das Paket denn inzwischen angekommen und bist du zufrieden mit allem? Dann würden wir uns sehr über ein Update freuen. Oh und, auch wenn es schon ein paar Wochen her ist: Frohes neues Jahr! :)

I placed an order for a mattress frame on 13/12/25, with an estimated delivery time specified on the website as 1 to 2 days. Today is 22/12/25, and I have yet to receive the item. I contacted the customer service department to request a refund; however, their response was that the order was in transit and could not be cancelled.
