Hello! I bought a sofa bed, custom-made 7109390/31.07.2025. I wrote that I wanted to return it, but I was refused because it was not in its original packaging, and it was only packed in cardboard and plastic. I said that I would pack it well, but I was refused again. And we haven't even sat on it. This is frivolous and many people will find out about it.

The sent me two left doors
The manufacturer of the wardrob in Poland sent me two left doors. I had to fix one of them in order to mount it on the right. Also the instruction is useless, I had to find a video on YouTube for a similar wardrob. There were no labels which piece is what and which side is 'front'.

Overall not sure I will use again
Whilst the customer service team have been great, the product and delivery time is disappointing - I am still waiting for the broken furniture to be replaced and one of our sofa' are still pending

furniture looks the same as in pictures
the web site is easy to use, pictures are good and the furniture looks the same as in pictures. We hade issue only with the delivery which was in 20 working days, not in 15.

I enjoyed shopping at the store because of the detailed information provided for the furnitures, such as size, materials, mechanism etc. It made it easier for me to find the right fit for my home.
The moving parts like the drawer rails are not perfect, but for that price its reasonable.
