Data collation was made as easy as possible and the process was smooth. Errors were identified in my pension data and corrected. The follow up meeting was highly informative and the replies to further questions was invaluable. It was so helpful to get an overview of the complex pension situation, discuss the various options for retirement, and reassuring to know the tax liability was manageable.

It feels like the price has been set at the max amount and doesn't reflect the value offered.

It was a v prompt service but in reality is a lot of money (£1000) for something that adds very little. This money is fully refundable, but ironically this money comes out of Government tax revnues, which we are all paying for.

Honestly, for this kind of money I would have hoped for some personalised future based projections and head-room calculations and advice/input.
