Melitta UK - Passionate about coffee
Written by the company
- Quality in everything we do
- We place the highest quality demands on our products. Our company founder, Melitta Bentz, serves as a model: In 1908 she developed the world's first coffee filter with the help of a brass can and a sheet of blotting paper. Shaped by ingenuity, entrepreneurial spirit and passion, she successfully expanded the company and thus laid the foundation for today's corporate group. In the past 100 years, the Melitta group of companies revolutionized the preparation of coffee several times: For example, Melitta launched the first filter-fine ground and vacuum-packed coffee and the first electric filter coffee machine on the German market. The high quality of the filter bags with the patented Aromapor® paper is also unsurpassed. The Melitta® brand therefore stands for special coffee enjoyment and is one of the best-known and best-selling brands in the coffee segment. Our passion doesn't just stop at our products. We're committed to delivering only the very best to our customers, from your very first interaction with us.
2 Year Warranty
Only the best quality products - we guarantee it
If something should happen, don't worry, our two year warranty will ensure you get back to enjoying your favourite cup of coffee in no time.

Melitta deleting accounts
Bought coffee machine. year later decided to go to my melitta account and could not log in anymore.
Tech support told that they delete account if users are not logging in for 3 months.
Melitta - What is happening here. Machine warranty lasts for 2 years at least and you delete user accounts within 3 months?
I bought my motherboard PC from asus. and guess what - I don't log in there for years, yet my account exists and motherboard is sitting under purchased products, offering limited support.
I played WoW around 15 years ago. Last time logged in around 10 years ago. Just checked - not only my account exists as expected, but even game characters with their progress are still there!
Please learn some basics. Otherwise I tend to think that you're trying to evade the warranty.

A reasonable coffee break
I needed a replacement coffee flask which was broken by accident - very easy on the Melitta website to identify the model required, and reasonably priced. Promptly delivered in well protected packaging and we were soon back drinking coffee.
