Due to my own fault i ordered the wronge size as i needed a european size bed which they unfourtunatly do not sel.l the customer service was very helpful and even gave me advice on where i could find the matress ...will recomend to freinds and buy from in future

We have ordered from this company several times over the past year.
The most recent order was in December 2012, when we paid £69 for a 'bronze' single mattress. A double cost £119, and a small double £109.

We had planned to use this company again and I was about to recommend it to a landlord friend, when I checked the website and found that the single would now (a month later) cost £115! That is a huge increase.

We have had a very good experience with delivery each time we ordered (next day each time), but I would want to look around to compare prices before using them again now. What a shame, as we had planned to buy another two mattresses this year (provided the previous mattresses are still in good condition after a year's usage).
NB Prices have always been listed as 'sale' prices on this website, whenever I've looked.

There was a 5-7day delivery term on the mattress when we purchased it, but over a week later it still hasn't been made. I spoke to customer services (who were quite rude) who said that it wouldn't be ready until after 2weeks following when I put my order in. I am really disappointed in this, and if I had known it would have taken this long, I would have gone for another company. There are comparably priced mattresses with similar specification on amazons - buy it there!!!!!

Mattress is exactly as described, my son is delighted with it. Service brilliant arrived within 2 working days.

Arrived on time. Took a few days to decompress and settle down from the transport but is now great.

We were completely satisfied with the product and the service provided. The packaging of the order which was sent to the courier company for delivery got damaged. The response from Zleeps was very professional and understanding. They quickly deliverded the replacement and collected the damaged product the very next day without delay. I must admit this is the first time we have used this company and a memory foam mattress and it is very comfortable, the price was very much affordable it seems too good to be true. The pillows that are given with the mattress are great and really keep the neck and back comfortable, which means no pain. We have recommended this company to many family members and friends.

ITEM WAS SHOWN TO BE IN STOCK, I WAS GIVEN A DELIVERY DATE, THEN AT THE LAST MINUTE WAS TOLD THAT IN FACT IT WAS OUT OF STOCK, AND WOULD I RE-ORDER IN 6 WEEKS. NO HOPE!

After moving into new rented accommodation I decided the easiest way to improve the comfort of the mattress was to order a memory foam mattress topper. Zleeps topper arrived within 2 working days of ordering and I have been sleeping very well indeed ever since.

Jusy try one and if you don't like it I will buy it off you!

I would refer to an email dated 11 January 2013 sent to me by Zleeps. It stated that there were unforeseen delays and the mattress ordered would not be supplied for 4 -6 weeks or more. As stated my order was cancelled by you (Zleeps).

I have looked at the Zleeps website and the same mattress that I ordered is now £100 plus more and not as much memory foam.

I am in the process of buying a mattress elsewhere.

Amazing value for money, arrived next day, now enjoying a great nights sleep, so comfortable with 2 memory pillows included. Don't hesitate-just buy!

I would definitely buy more products from here, in fact when I get paid I will be ordering another mattress. The price is good, the product is good and the delivery was quick and the driver was a nice guy.

I bought king size mattress foam topper and my lower back has been feeling great ever since. The delivery was quick, and after 24 hours I could put the topper on.

I purchased 4 mattress toppers, one for myself and three as Christmas presents for friends. My friends have raved about their gifts and I have been sleeping really well and have not been waking up with aches and pains.

Easy to order, fast delivery and great value.

I had a couple of single mattresses delivered recently. They are both very comfortable, and excellent value for money - less than half the price of comparable products even online. Although the delivery service is not convenient to those who work and can't take deliveries there - we asked our mother in law to take delivery - it is free, prompt and trackable. I phoned customer services who were polite and efficient in telling me whether the stock was available with a likely despatch date. If you can arrange appropriate delivery, I would not hesitate to recommend the product and the company.

I ordered the mattress and was told the evening before it was due to be delivered that it was out of stock. They said that it would be in stock in 6 weeks and didn't even make a suggestion for a replacement. They cancelled my order and almost a week later I finally got my money back.
