Very poorly installed a new valliant…

Very poorly installed a new valliant boiler having issues with heating. engineers did not even wait to see boiler is working no engineers turn up to see what the problem is having been calling them messaging them. No replys back took full amount of the works but no service at all did not also show how to set the boilers up engineers just left saying they have to fit another boiler somewhere else.

Had a new Vaillant Ecotec Plus 832…

Had a new Vaillant Ecotec Plus 832 installed on the 05/09/24. The team of three arrived on time, placed down dust sheets to protect my ground floor area. Informed me of the steps they were taking and kept me in the loop throughout the entire installation process. After removing my old boiler of the wall they proceeded to complete a power flush before installing the new boiler. I even had the owner of the company visit in the early afternoon of day one to check works were to the correct standards. The weather was against them in the afternoon, it rained heavily making it difficult to seal the new flue location in sand and cement from the outside. The team assured me they would come this morning between 8am and 10am to finish any snagging. They were true to their word and attended just after 8.30am and completed works within the hour. I couldn't be happier with the service I have received and would recommend them to friends and family.

Don’t waste your time

Terrible! Haven’t turned up for two appointments and are nothing but rude on the phone.
Very argumentative and unprofessional customer service, the customer certainly isn’t right where these cowboys are concerned
Give these lot a swerve and contact a reputable company. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’ve paid people to give the 5 star reviews!! Especially as there are so many terrible reviews

This is the feedback from the tenant. We have spoken with her Landlord and we never had any issues with the Landlord and had a happy ongoing relationship. When we spoke with the Landlord, she informed us that this tenant was going to move the appointment to next week. This could be that she forgot, which is fine. So this feedback is very dishonest, we have informed the tenant that we have picture evidence and tracker evidence. Therefeore, this feedback is not true to our knowledge and the tenant knows that.

Mixed Experience with Meraboiler - Late Arrival but Polite Service

I recently hired Meraboiler for a boiler installation, and my experience was mixed. Unfortunately, the engineers arrived late and had some parts missing, and I had to contact them twice to inquire about their arrival time. This delay led to a late finish, and they seemed rushed during the final hour to complete the job.

On the positive side, the work was completed properly, and I have no complaints about the quality of the installation. Additionally, the engineers were nice and polite throughout the process.

While the tardiness and rushed ending were disappointing, I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy of the team. I hope Meraboiler improves their scheduling to provide a more seamless experience in the future.

Excellent from start to finish

Excellent from start to finish. I was kept informed regularly on all aspects of the installation. What date I wanted, the time the installation team would arrive etc. They were prompt , friendly, tidy and thorough. After installation the follow up service was excellent.

Meraboiler an ansolute sham of a company!!

Made massive mistake going with this company, in trying to convert old conventional system into a new combi boiler system. They were nothing but a disgrace from the off! They made repeated false promises, sent in cowboys with faulty and rusty radiators and only half completed the job after two months.
I had to serve them with notice for breach of contract and ended up paying extra monies to finish the whole job by someone who wasn't only genuine but knew what they were doing.
I am now taking them to small claims court and have reported them to Trading Standards for breaching consumer protection laws, as well as their own contract for incomplete and shoddy work and massive delays.
Avoid at all costs!!

UPDATE - SUMMARY of case after COURT CONCLUSION

After nearly year and a half, the Court finally was able to deliver its verdict, and it was indeed a DAMNING one AGAINST Meraboiler.
The Judge concluded that we were fully vindicated on ALL accounts as we had sufficent photographic proof and full log of our written WhatsApp communication to dispell their LIES and BROKEN PROMISES.

The Judge catagorically stated that he simply could not believe their account that we deviated from the contract. As they had no evidence whatsoever to substantiate their counter claim and in fact THEY were themselves in BREACH of their own contract by NOT completing ON TIME when, us the Claimants had clearly COMMUNICATED with them, by giving them the green light for rediness of radiater installation. Additiomally, he said that they had also been shamefully guilty of providing used and faulty equipment.

In CONCLUSION, Meraboiler were ordered to settle with us, FULL COST of REMEDIAL WORK carried out by the THIRD PARTY CONTRACTOR on top of ALL EXPENSES for ADDITIONAL PLUMBING WORK and FAULTY and MISSING RADIATORS, as well as COURT FEES

We never made false promises, your builders were working at the property and we worked alongside of your builders. When we were replacing the radiators, radiator replacement meant- taking off the old radiator and putting a new one. Instead, we had to alter all the existing central copper pipes as per your new requirement. In the signed contract there is nothing mentioned about the alteration of the existing pipework. We informed you about this additional work and the cost. You refused to make any further payment and still holding our balance. We have done the alteration of the pipework as per your and your builder's plan and fitted 4 radiators which you have not paid so far. Therefore we stopped the installation, we contacted you to sort it out and come to the conclusion that both parties equally met their needs but you denied it.
Now, you have paid another provider to finish the job by holding our balance, this was not discussed with us. We will certainly reply to your actions as you are holding our material and labour costs.

A very pleasant experience

Was recommended by my father-in-law and my boss, coincidently!! Both were very matter of fact about their experience (great). So felt comfortable in giving them a call and really wasn't disappointed from the start. Very professional and weren't intimidating over the phone. They clearly have confidence in the products and are able to recommend to individual circumstances in my exchange very happy with the boiler.
Also extremely important to me was the after sale support, the immediate response time in a minor adjustment was exemplary, they fixed on the day of the call.
Excellent service, good relationship building company.

Best company experience I've had so…

Best company experience I've had so far. The installation went so smoothly and brilliant took half a day as id expect. The engineer was absolutely fantastic and helpful. Your customer care services have been fab so far everytime ive rang ive been satisfied. Thank you again for all your great work. Id 100% go with meraboiler again if i needed a new boiler.Ive also changed my service care to meraboiler as they are much cheaper.. I've yet to experience how the care service is if anything goes wrong.

I received a high quality service from Meraboiler

I received a high quality service from the moment I booked an appointment, to the day of the engineer visiting my house for the boiler service. I received regular updates about the engineer's visit. The boiler service itself was conducted very professionally. Meraboiler were very efficient in supplying the certificate once the job was completed.

All in all I was very satisfied from start to finish of all the team from Meraboiler, and would definitely recommend them to others who are looking for an efficient service within a reasonable budget.
