I can understand the bad reviews, I had problems in the past with their sister companies, but only can give them 5 stars now, I registered with them, they asked me to validate my account with UD and proof of address, weas validated, yesterday won some money and was in my account next day
So only can say no complaints and thank you mfortune

I won £15,000 pounds today to have it taken put off me I wagered the right amount and should have been able to withdraw it instead mfortune took £14,000 off me and gave me a £10 cash bonus what can I do about this because surley they can't take tht money when I won it I'm fuming

Update: Withdrawal failed apparently my financial institution declined it (Not True) Told to use Vyne, no withdrawal as of yet.

Update 2: Money received slightly annoying that I couldn't continue playing whilst the withdrawal was active but my funds were received 2 days later.

I have never gambled and I have never used this website, yet DAILY they send me spam messages. I contacted customer support to put an end to the constant harassment and they said I need to tell them my account details.

Stole money from a disabled person we have tried to sort it and also contact the ceo Jennifer Chu she blocked us either tho we explained the situation and that the person you have stolen the money from us disabled shocking company still waiting for call

This company is awful. Can not get to speak to staff. Cm chat. Can be so rude when explaining I can’t get any joy from ringing up. One time I did actually get to speak on the phone over winnings of £400 the man was absolutely disrespectful the way he spoke to me. It took weeks to get my money. No matter what I sent which was everything apart from my shoe size they wanted more. Never in my life have i ever experienced a bingo site like it.
