Worst online casino

Worst site ever deposit after deposit never get bouns and coz I did.my 15 pound deposit as a 10 then 5 pound straight after the 10 pond coz there's no option to deposit 15 in one go I wasn't entitled to the bouns have you ever heard anything so crap in your life do not sign up you never win

Full of false promises

Full of false promises. Too many constant winners Same winners every day in every room. Only allow you to withdraw so much if you win on bonus Money even when you complete wagering rules.

Its been over 2 months since i made a withdrawal i am yet to recieve, they asked me for all documents under the sun which i provided with zero responce for about a month then i made a resolver to help with my issue and then recieved an email about safer gambling and someone needed to contact me via phone about it but that makes zero sense as ive only ever deposited twice for 60quid to me its just another excuse to not pay people out.
this website really needs investigating as looking on here im not the only one in this situation.
ive contacted the gambling commission about all this.
ANYONE with a brain please avoid this casino
they bombared you with texts about free spins on next deposit when you cant even get your withdrawal?

Absolute joke of a company I have sent my id a week ago still pending they have closed the chat on me so can’t speak to anyone even though I keep getting texts they want me on live chat but closed it down on me and been trying for a week I have emailed 10 times and still no reply

Do not use this company

Do not use this company,
Requested a withdrawal through bank transfer. Stated they needed more if even though account was verified. Taht was fine.

They then text to say they had changed my withdrawal method to bank card. This bank card hasn’t been used for years the bank is closed down. Obviously withdrawal had failed. No sign of the money on my account, it’s completely vanished. No email back, no response on live chat. Absolutle scam of a company stealing money.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company, they will allow you to deposit as much as you want but when I come to paying out you have to show the every single bit of ID you have. I have been waiting 6 days now for my pay out and I have provide, my passport, my bank statement, my phone statement, my marriage certificate and now they just won’t reply to me and when you type in the live chat you get no response, sent emails and now response and his is the only way to contact them. So update. I now can’t sent any ID as I have sent too much and they still won’t pay out

Absolutely terrible.

They will make you jump through hoops for a withdrawal on winnings, via ID, Address, Bank statements and what you had for dinner last night (sarcasm)

They will ask for this more than once if you haven't been on a couple of years, they'll start by offering you the game of the month bonus consecutively, giving you a small bonus sporadically. *Grain of salt, I've noticed alot of casino's have drastically reduced offers and freebies* I advise playing the demo mode and notice how simple and rinsing the algorithm is...

Moving onto customer support. They are absolutely fantastic, response times are impeccable... Unless you have recently reffered someone or have a pending withdrawal.

They will then answer a couple times with a couple agents via live chat that ultimately say the same thing then radio silence, not even an email back.

I tested this by requesting support on my father's account which was immediate. I however have been ignored for 2 days and counting

Thieves and scammers must be insulted by these . No wonder they were fined due to the lack if professionalism . Clearly their bad customer service read of a script as everytime I ask something I got the same answer word for word . They will take your money and then make up excuse after excuse not to give you what they owe you . I have my main email on their and they excuses are pathetic . Stay away if you have any sense and tell others to .
They also want 3months of bank statements wage slips and any record of a lottery win . Definate scammers . They need to be closed down

I have gone to resolver as I have told Mfortune it is not a legal requirement to snoop through someone's bank statements as I'm not getting a loan from them so there is no need to see any personal information . They say its affordability but I sent wageslips and they put my deposit limit up and now they lowered it because I had a withdrawal of £120 . If it was 120000 yeah get my statements but for 120 this company is scamming and using your information . VICTORIA C is the worst support and just reads from a script so a complaint has gone in about her to . I am just waiting for the complaint time to be finished and then taking it to IBAS as the company needs to be shut down

UPDATE

After going to RESOLVER I finally got the 120 pound but now when I try to log into any other sister site of mfortune like pocketwin it says YOU ARE BANNED not blocked or suspended but BANNED just goes to show that once you threaten legal action the scammer and cheat mode comes out in these jokers

Withdrawal nightmare

So started playing about 3 weeks ago and it was fine, I won £30 and withdrew it fine I deposit another £10 and won £50 and tried withdrawing after 3 days I’m told via email that I need to log on and send identification, so done this low and behold it wasn’t correct tried online chat which worked for about 20 mins then was told their now offline…… confusing as it states 24hr help since that convo cannot get anyone to reply to me no number to ring and I’m just left wondering where to go for help as I have £100 pending withdrawal and no info what to do next or anything helpful. It’s a shame as I do actually like this site.

So here we are over one month waiting…

So here we are over one month waiting for my withdrawal, all identification sent tried talking to live chat on numerous occasions keep being told it’s been escalated and is being looked into. Now my account has been suspended asking for more information try to contact live chat who are always off line to ask them what they need now. Made complaint to Intouch games who took all details not heard anything back within their 10 day advisory.

This company should be banned by the gaming commission it’s a disgrace. You deposit in good faith and take your chances on winning but when you do you can’t get your money. Someone needs to look into this company as they have already been fined.

Banned for no reason

I had an account with mfortune and had some decent wins which I withdrew. Then they requested various documentation off me, bank statements proof of income and even a photo of my bank card. Then they banned me despite having my full co-operation in resolving any issues and I didn't do anything wrong.

Stay away!!!!

Been with mfortune for a few years, had no trouble with withdrawals till NOW. Been waiting over 3wks and still waiting, there's not communication at all. Send bank statement, then send other bank statements. Oh there the wrong dates. Oh we've sent you emails, which they never had. All I can say is that if your hopping to withdraw stay away from this site as they try and make it impossible!!!!

Wudnt recommend to anyone

I have been with them for years and never had any problems until now and still not resolved, I won 300 and withdrew it and its still pending now apparently my account under review so sent all the bank statements uc and payslips in for affordability it's accepted but now they saying they need bank statement from 12th April til 21st April even though I sent statement in from 13th March til 12th April which shows mfortune withdrawls and deposits and Because my next statment not due til 12th may i have to wait til then before they will look at pending withdrawls again its a joke take ya money no problem but wont pay you out if you win, no live chat to speak with it's a joke so come 13th a bet there's gonna be another excuse not to pay up. I have went further with my complaint as I'm sick of getting messed about now ave waited since 6th April.... update still waiting for winnings !!!!

How this company is still having a…

How this company is still having a gamblng licence is beyond me. The only company to take phobe bill as a deposit method even if it is somebody elses name. God help if you win. Want endless selfies and videos of you holding bank cards/photo id. Don't live chat to them after 6pm as you will be talking to Florian in Bucharest who is on 4 euros an hour and you think he is going to help you get your £20 withdrawal lol. Go to skybet instead or anywhere but these cowboys.

Honestly never delt with such an awful bunch of people!! Ive got £500 that I've been trying to withdraw for well over a month now. Because I deposited on my phone bill and my mom pays the phone bill they wanted all identification etc which was all.sent and accepted then was told the money needed to be sent to the third parties bank account again that was fine. So done what they said and after it pending for nearly 2 weeks they told me the bank details were wrong!! There were not because I checked them. Then they told me to try again and what a surprise the money was put back into my casino account. I've literally done everything they have asked for and I think its absolutely disgusting that there are so many people not receiving what is rightly there's! Ive been back and forth for I don't know how long now, emails, live chat, complaints team and just getting nowhere! Disgusting excuse of a company and I will definitely be taking this further!!
