Scripted replies via live chat. Useless. It's a prime example of a gambling app that is happy to take your money instantly but will make you wait and jump through hoops to get your winnings. The review would be 5 stars if they paid promptly.

won the grand jackpot (£515,000) by having 4 jackpots in view and it kicked me straight off the game and out my account and wont let me back in

Played happily on this app for awhile, had a win of £70 asked for it to go into my PayPal account as I had put previous credit on with Paycard. Had a message to say they was putting the monies onto my debit card, (this card and bank account no longer exists) trying to speak to them was like pulling teeth after 3 months of trying still not got my winnings. Still not spoken to anyone on the phone just useless repeat email and live chat repeating itself constantly

I would not give this site 1 star if it was possible.

I have been with MFortune for a long time until recently. They have held back £170 winnings . They asked me to send in bank statements but when I tried to upload I kept getting knocked back . I find the staff rude and very unhelpful. I have accepted now that iwont receive my winnings but just beware do not go near this gambling site they ROB you !!!!!

I've been trying to withdraw my balance now for 2 wks , despite withdrawing successfully in the past after sending numerous I'd.
I was yet again asked for all of this I spoke to them on chat and was told it was an error on their behalf and the funds would be processed and sent to my PayPal. I have reached out to support team multiple times via live chat but there is absolutely no response since couple of days.

Even after providing mountains of documents, customer support asked for june payslip and june bank statement. How can I provide june when month just started and payslip and statement get's generated only end of the month. This is totally insane and breach of policy.
