Disgusting company,
Won some money on freespins, it went to bonus credit so played another game and got up to £120, then played continuously so respect the wagering requirements, finally bonus credit went to cash, I chose withdraw £100, it was showing pending until following day, I chased support on live chat, they said would be processed within 1 day as I has made deposits previously, later the same day they reduced my withdrawal to £50 and then the withdrawal was credited, the other £50 disappeared completely, cannot get hold of them via email or chat, this is illegal, will be passing all details to the Gambling Commission including photographs of chat where they confirmed I had withdrawn £100, also photo of my account withdrawal being halved. Disgusting and illegal

Well I have given 1 star but mfortune do not deserve this,it's been a week now still nothing,no reply to emails,or revolve only umteen automated messages,being totally ignored,is this allowed,it's a disgrace how customers are being treat,should shut the place down

Probably one of the worst casinos I have used, there game selection and customer service is absolutely shocking but that's not the worst part if you miraculously make a withdrawal rest assured you'll have to jump through loops to get it. They ask for all sorts of information and look like they'll do anything to not pay out. Honestly just avoid this casino. Even when you do send documents they need you still have to jump through hoops to get it I wouldn't be surprised if they asked me for a blood sample next.

I have played here on M Fortune for a long time,I have a £50 withdrawal that has been pending for 5 days it states it will be processed within 1-2 days,,contacted live help several times to be told my account is under review I asked for a call back and the agent said no point as they can’t tell me anything either,ok so I get that but surely if this about safer gambling they should disable me being able to deposit also , it seems they like to take and not give back.

Honestly have mixed feelings about Mfortune.

The bingo: the same people win ALOT, having said that, I myself have gone through periods of non stop wins. Which at the time when you're winning it nice but it isn't fair at all, throughout this, the same people win constantly also.

The casino: they don't honour their promotions, they don't tell you when an issue has been "fixed" leading to you losing your bonus. The games are ok, but things like bonus spins etc within a game, don't do it by the amount you've paid per spin, for example 15p spin, bonus spin was 1p? Unfair.

Customer service: non existent. The "24/7 chat" is not 24/7 and offline most times I try to use is. Speaking to people when it does work is like speaking to a brick wall who just repeat scripted stuff.

Bonus points/LPS: Loada tosh. You have to wager them 40x. Which is ridiculous.

I'd stay clear personally.

This is the worst site ever.

My account has been verified even had one withdrawal back but now won’t let me withdrawal my winnings after sending every document they wanted. Will not give me my withdrawal until I show a phone bill for next month that has not even come out yet!

After 10 yrs they want bank statement (given, accepted) copy of card (given, accepted) proof if address (given acceoted) then they want payslips ( proof already on bankstatements) then they want proof of a debit card I do not own n haven't owned for two yrs! Is it because it can be a pain to get verified? YES, but they got to be careful, don't want to risk a fine, but once verified, I've had no problems.

The wagering is fair and once verified you get same day payouts and a new original game to play every month. You also generally will get a bonus when a new game comes out and if you do beat the wagering requirements they do pay out, so no complaints from me.
