You have been warned.i review and promote casinos on the biggest channel in the UK on behalf of players.after reviewing this sites bonus wich we did not recieve 250 spins we was told to upload I'd wich we did.no response.we then contacted today and was told we have 2 accounts therefore you can not have your bonus.we do not have two accounts as you are unable to actualy create multiple accounts with apprently exact same details.so it is lies so no bonus has to be payed.i am now filing for the removal of mfortune as allso numerous reviews on here are bots.please please do nor play this site until further notice.i do this for you guys for 15 years and have helped in closing 2 corupt sites.and this is another.i have a full review and column in my paper on this site and gathered all our evidence for our contacts in the gambling commission as I know you guys are unable to directly complain regarding these issues to gambling commission.

Terrible support service

Terrible support service. So much confusion. They cannot verify that I have an account. Asked me of my registration details and I forwarded to them. They then reply to say there is no such account. When I go on to register I get the message that my number is already registered with them. I have been going back and forth like that via email with the support team. I now think the mFortune site is no longer genuine but a scam.

Terrible

Terrible. Took over a month to withdraw my winnings and will never use again. Verified my account using my driving licence and bank statement and after that they requested a further 18 (Eighteen) different bank statements and they lost some which made me furious as of course the personal data is sensitive and had to resend it. Avoid.

Update - Got the usual message that they take these things serious and to contact them which I did only to go through the same procedure again. Waste of time

Spent 50 won 30 and they won't pay it…

Spent 50 won 30 and they won't pay it or provide the information I asked for they even blocked my account,now I'm being told several days later something totally different,and don't have the arn or trn my bank asked you's to provide .not the first time either I won 650 have yous found loop hole to only pay 250 or 200, and to top it off am registered as disabled and this is how you treat you vulnerable customers...what's the point in bouns cash you have demo mode ..customer services weren't help full at all they dint even know what an arn or trn was and they deal with this all the time...I have nothing positive to say about your company

I haven't had problems with withdrawal…

I haven't had problems with withdrawal or deposit. But the payouts are just a joke. Let's say if your bet is 45p - 9 lines x 0.05, when you hit a feature symbol like bonus or free spins it doesn't multiply your overall bet, but the bet per line. Every other casino I've played at multiplies the overall bet.

So I spent thousands on this account…

So I spent thousands on this account through the years I’ve withdrawn a few times with my I.d cards etc and then now they want all the cards I’ve used which been many different old cards different banks etc one bank is Santander which changes the issue number each time u get card so my follow up card wasn’t accepted as they didn’t recognise this then when I go for help online half of them went through security with my details fine and still didn’t get the help I needed and then when I tried again said this isn’t your account so I tried again and then it said my hello with my dads name as the account holder so couldn’t get through now my i.d as my self a female with different name to my dad obviously has been successful uploaded from previous and now all of a sudden my account is in my dads name !!!! He has an account in there I’m assuming it’s his account they got a system error but I’m having no help with this it’s a joke the amount I’ve spent to the amount I withdrawn is substantial it’s like it’s purposely trying to keep my winnings thing is if I carried in using the account I’d put in even more so it’s only a 300 withdrawal they are the worst site ever

Every single review, same reply from this company… go to live chat!!
Waste of time!! Tried to withdraw £30 & yes, they want every document! Already sent licence and phone documents and now want a bank statement!! Absolutely not!!
Thinking of taking this to the ombudsman as ok, it’s only £30, but if they’re doing this to everyone, isn’t this fraud?
I could see the point if it was to withdraw hundreds of pounds, but £30? Come on!!!

Wouldn’t even give one star

Wouldn’t even give one star, the amount of money I’ve deposited is a joke! Spoke to someone on the phone a couple of weeks ago, they stated I needed to send in a screenshot that states my number and that I’ve paid my phone bill. I’ve previously sent in my provisional as a form of ID. To then get a text today saying to contact support and they ‘need additional information’ about a bank statement that states I’ve deposited from it.. when I used my phone number. AVOID. They come up with any excuse so you can’t withdraw your money!

I deposited alot of money Saturday night I was aloud to deposit some of it first time, secondly I deposited the rest that wanted I'd! Said I would have confirmatory in an hour!! What is that about still no text!! Its discusting behavior and I went back on the site and its saying my withdrawal is still not there! I will be going to the police on Wednesday or Thursday unless my money that I won ain't it my bank! I have all screenshots etc! And can easily find the iPhone address when you are! It's disgusting 😒!

If you have a bonus one day and dont win anything, not only do you need to get the bonus balance to £0.00 before you deposit again you also have to contact them to reset your bonus wagering requirements even though your bonus balance is at £0.00. Apparently your bonus wagering carries over even though the bonus balance is £0.00. Can you believe that?!? I have never seen such a scam in all my life. How they get away with that is UNBELIEVABLE. Do NOT join this site or their sister companies: Dr.slot, pocketwin, mr spin, jammy monkey. They were fined £3.5m last year and continue to con their customers. PLEASE AVOID

Misleading advertising re…

Misleading advertising re bonuses...complete con. Incomprehensible bonus "payouts" which aren't accessible unless you have lost everything you put in.

The response below has no bearing to my complaint. I contacted to livechat who admitted your "welcome bonuses" were complicated and confusing - i.e a con! I appreciate casinos are a game of chance but wont play at one where they deceive you from the get go.

They reversed my withdrawal to my cash balance and deleted my card details so now when i go to cash out it says no card eligible And wont let me add one either! Stay well clear

I requested a withdrawal in July for only around £30 and they are still refusing to pay. I have provided every document I could, but they still ask for more. I'm surprised they don't ask for your waist/shoe size or your sexual preference.
Its made intentially difficult to withdraw money. They are more than happy to take your money but don't bother trying to withdraw it.
Keep the £30 it will be worth every penny if people stay away from this scam site!.

UPDATE 9th February 2023.. randomly recieved a payout just now, had not been in touch with them what-so-ever, whattt!? FIFTEEN weeks later they randomly send me a payout? What's up with this casino...

No payout, lucilky deposited through paypal so was refunded; AVOID THESE FRAUDSTERS likethe plague
