Be aware!

0 stars, I’m absolutely sick of this AWFUL “company”, I’ve requested to withdraw well over £500. I had to do all id, phone bill etc.. to then be told on live chat that they can only see a withdrawal of £2!!!! and I’m sick of seeing the same reply by a bot on this site. I am now going to seek legal advice as now I feel like this is 100% fraud/theft

No wins on free spins

Deposit Bonuses/Promotions are okay, pretty much the only okay thing about them and the other sites associated with Slot Factory.

The free spins are some of the worst I have ever encountered and I don't mean free spins from a deposit, I mean the free spins bonuses.

I record all my sessions so have uploaded evidence to YouTube, just search "Slot Factory" and find videos by "Collection Time". In 2 videos you see me get the free spins bonus, 1 took me over 19 mins of play on the same game to get and won me... Drum roll.... £3 off 5 x 60p spins.

The cat and mouse game is really dire. Free spins often lead to zilch, not even a single win.

Games are too heavily weighted, realistic RTP for them is closer to 75% and the Gambling Commission really need to look at Slot Factories license and do an audit on their games. Would rather recommend my friends to eat one of my wet farts than play with mFortune.

no pay out

Seem to have fallen for the same trap as everyone else,

Used my phone to pay, everything seemed fine, got my money back so thought i'd cash out. they then ask for ID. seems fair as it was done by my phone. then precede to constantly ask for more and more, sent over the phone bill, showing direct debit payment, then show screenshot that DD came out and now saying not good enough and essentially see that there is money in the bank account, STAY AWAY, I'm still going to be doing what I can to get this sorted! out of principle

Stay away joke company and thieves

Stay away! Joke company! Jumped through hoops sent numerous id and bills and they won’t accept it. Asked to wait for my next months bill and then send it to them. Holding my money till then. They would just reject it next month anyway. Stay away! Any good reviews are fake. Don’t deposit anything with them ever they will hold your money! I’ve contacted the ombudsman to resolve it for me now as it’s beyond robbery and a joke.

Who on earth are giving these…

Who on earth are giving these fraudsters anything but a 1 star! Quick enough to take your money and offer you countless bonuses but then when you try to withdraw your winnings they want your whole life expenses and bank details! Cut you off chat and on the phone, asking for 4 kinds of ID checks before they can talk to you on the phone then get to the 4th ID and ask you for a chat name on bingo when I don't even play bingo! So now won't even allo me to discuss my account over the phone. This has been going on for nearly 2 months now and it's gone passed the fact I've fairly won and am ant my money, it's now principle, you owe me my winnings and 1000's of other people by the looks of it, you should be closed down.

Same review as everybody else really

Same review as everybody else really. After jumping through loads of circles trying to withdraw I finally had all 4 forms of verification accepted, so I thought. After allowing me to withdraw £450 I got a text saying they needed more verification, this amount is unheard of in any bookies I’ve ever used. I login to find that they now want a video of me and my ID, a screenshot of my bank statement showing that I get paid and ANOTHER screenshot of my Apple wallet, which had already been accepted previously.

I’ve been trying to do sort this out for around 2 months now with no joy and the communication is always the same. The money hasn’t been deposited back into my account and the withdrawal hasn’t been processed.

Will update this review if it ever gets resolved.

UPDATE: I uploaded 6 files/screenshots to prove that I receive a wage (no other casino requires this) and it still got rejected even though it’s the exact same as the example that they give, this is beyond a joke now and the communication is terrible, giving you the same responses over and over again

0 Stars if i could, going to the gambling commission about these con artists, requesting ID everyday just so they dont pay out, spent 40 minutes on the phone to a young lady yesterday who assured me they dont need anything else, wake up this morning to it requesting yet more identification, call back up just for them to say its a computer error and it will now be processed within yet another 1 working day.

Chap i spoke to today did not care at all, requested to speak with a manager that was declined.

BE WARNED THEY DO NOT WANT TO PAY OUT EVER. QUITE HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, BUT NOT PAY IT BACK.

Absolute scum I deposited £30 one day and won £150 then the next day done pretty much the same thing and with people who have gambling additions like me keeping money in your account when these scum don’t let u withdraw u end up gambling it both days in a row never ever will I ever put a penny back in this site and for sure I will be taking it further. I sent all the ID they requested and few days after I got a message saying they would like to see my ID which I provided a few days before. Absolutely shocking. Still waiting on a withdraw!!!

I won £30 from the £10 free I received for signing up. I withdrew the £30 on Sunday night (24th). I had my ID Checked and everything was okay. Recieveda text message at 12.10am on the Monday to confirm my ID was okay and the withdraw has been sent to the team to process. I received a message this morning at 11am, on the third working day that my withdrew has been processed and sent to me. It's now 17.43pm... a total of 6 hours and still not received anything from mFortune. I rang my bank and my bank have confirmed that no money is waiting to go into my bank from mFortune. My bank asked me to ask mFortune for a TRN (Transaction reference number) and my bank could tell me exactly what is happening with the payment. mFortune refused to give me this and checked my bank details for the ones I requested they said they match and I have to wait 5 working days for them to be able to do anything. My bank was amazed at this and have confirmed a bank transfer should take a maximum of 2 hours at most. (My bank is fast) so now I am thinking have these guys even sent this ??

As soon as I recieve I will update, but if this company wants to be bigger they need to sort this sort of stuff out!!

I am scared to put any real money into the site, it's a shame aswell as it's a good gambling site for the games and stuff.

I received money at 5.20am on Friday morning.
So basically guys if your a non depositing customer and win £30-50.
Withdraw and provide ID. They will accept 2 forms and then send a text to say ID is confirmed. Then literally 3 working days later you will get another text saying your money has been processed to your bank.
Then I got mine in about 18 hours of this text.

We aim to process withdrawals for depositing customers within 1 working day of a request, and from non-depositing customers it should take 3 working days.

This is the standard process when a withdrawal was requested prior to any deposits, however, after depositing then future withdrawals will only be 1 working day to process instead.

After we have processed a withdrawal, it is then down to the procedures of your relevant payment method which, as a guideline, can be 1-5 working days.

Wager requirements on bonuses are absolutely shocking, Won £500 on a bonus but had to bet another £5,000 + to actually withdraw (Impossible)

I have had a win of about £400 which was when I first joined but since then it has been down hill - Withdrawals was no problem but the win ratio on the slots are not so great at all - I understand they have been audited but honestly I feel like this the worse case of house always wins! and when you do win you win minimal amount.

Stay away in my opinion

MFORTUNE!! WHERE ARE MY WINNINGS/WITHDRAWALS

Never had any trouble withdrawals until this week! Which just happened to be my highest withdrawal to date at 490. I was asked for proof of I.d on 6.7.2022 two days later after many live chat conversations on the 7th , being promised it would be processed that day it did not happen. Today is the 8th and I requested a callback were I was told again I.d was received on the 6th and banking would process it today as it had been marked as escalated to be pushed forward and still no funds processed to my bank account!! mfortune I you really going to swindle me out of my money ? As your live chat say one thing k and your calls say another! Live chat also send scripted responses without really answering your questions and avoid allowing you to speak with a manger! As I was told "you will only get the same response I gave you" shame on you mfortune WHERE ARE MY FUNDS ???

Literally the worst customer experience. Borderline Scam

Literally does whatever they can to stop you withdrawing money, played with them for years no issue only needed proof of ID and a recent bank statement, now they want all of that again but a copy of a recent phone bill and all of my transactions to show that it has been paid... Now claiming to want proof for next months bill and suggesting I pay this early just to get my withdrawal...
