This isn’t a joke I paid with my Visa card and received my money after I sent my passport I’d. I’m from london and I didn’t really bother about the withdrawals because I checked the reviews and was a bit scared of the comments I’m not saying u haven’t received your funds but I must be lucky I received my money after 3 days sending my id even tho they asked me 6 days ago I was waiting for mr fourtune to start asking me to do what I read like send video of my card witch I wouldn’t do anyway or send something els besides my I’d but they didn’t so nothing bad to so hope u all receive ur funds

I made a withdrawal over a month ago…

I made a withdrawal over a month ago and they did not pay as they needed to see my phone bill. I sent the latest phone bill I had with proof of payment and was told it didn't cover the dates required. My next phone bill wasn't due for a month so I had to wait, how ridiculous is that? When my bill was paid I sent a copy of my bill with name, address and phone number, email receipt from o2 showing paid, screenshot from my o2 website saying paid and screenshot from natwest showing paid and all of these were rejected. They want to see my balance after bill has been paid which I also sent and that was also rejected. I have sent everything requested and still no payout. This site is truly awful and my advice is to steer well clear and use other sites which payout immediately with no hassle. The amount of time and effort I have spent trying to withdraw £70 is absolutely ridiculous.

1 month on and still no payment received.

Asked for ID a month ago sent it all in to be told the bank statement didn't show my phone bill payment,
Fast forward to 3 days ago, phone bill sent in and told all ID has been accepted and payment will be processed in the next 24 hours and I will receive a text confirming.

48 hours still no confirmation and still no payout.

1 month since I cashed out my £100 and still not had a thing. After reading the reviews here it looks like it maybe a trip down the small claims court to get my money.

Really really poor

AVOID - THEY DONT LIKE TO PAYOUT WINNINGS

This company is a scam. Over won £450 over 6 weeks ago and still not received a penny. I have sent all my documents in which all showed as accepted, then additional documents was required then more and it goes on, I even had to send last years tax returns to prove I pay tax (which I do), the only thing they don’t know about me is my height and weight. I have on numerous occasions spoken with customer service who can only tell you that they aren’t “privileged” to know what’s happening and they have sent a message to the relevant department for an update. Avoid this company at all cost

Do not touch biggest scam about!! Wins are non existent or not worth losing money for. The only time the games do play is when your forced to take the bonus and all your winnings become bonus money, this needs to be waged 40x before it becomes real money again. Self excluded and staying clear..

Good site , different games

I’ve signed up deposited &’withdrew £50 today but I’m a little confused no email or text to confirm withdrawal & no “pending withdrawal” but if the site. Would be much better knowing what’s happening I’ve read some people get the money with in a hour and some wait weeks so I’m not to sure where I stand with this will update when I know what’s actually happening with the withdrawal

Worst online casino I've ever played, dont expect any big wins. I use alot of slots and can tell the payout ratio on these are extremely low. I really dont know how they get away with operating as they do but I will stick to the big casinos that do actually allow you to win from time to time. Dont give these scumbags your money.

Don't bother!!

Been waiting on a withdrawal, sent all documents they asked for.. spoke to somebody this morning who said that my documents had been accepted and I would accept my payment within 1 working day. To then receive a text to contact support. After doing this another person then told me that they needed more documents. After me arguing and stating what I had already sent what they asked for.. they then wanted me to text them saying 'CONFIRM' to a number or if I couldn't send it, ring a number to confirm that your number is active. If it wasn't active then I wouldn't be receiving the texts to upload documents or contact support.. They give you the run around and take your money without intending to pay anything out that you win. An absolute disgrace.

Still waiting for my withdrawal!

Have been waiting over two weeks for quite a big withdrawal now. Have been made to jump through numerous hoops and they now have enough ID from me to do anything with; it has even got to a point where I am unable to upload anymore documents through the app as I have exceeded the limit, yet I am still waiting on a withdrawal. No one can give you a time frame, just that it is with the 'relevant department' so I am not sure why they advise one working day as I don't think that would ever be the case. I have emailed the complaints email to receive a generic response and been told it can take 8 weeks to investigate! They are quick enough to take your money but on winning they then want you to prove you can afford to gamble (the wrong way round surely)

Finally won some money 21 pound all of…

Finally won some money 21 pound all of a sudden my Id was no good they want yet more copies of my phone bill that just don’t exist the id they are asking for o2 do not give out. Now iam even more out of pocket there a totally con artist I deal I have been mugged off. Wilm be reporting it to the gaming commission for this iam not happy one bit. Will be going to small claims court…

Will be going to small claims court very soon, i have recorded my games logs and withdrawals and deposits from both my mobile bill, and paypal and also recorded the withdrawal process from the website and also recorded where it says in the live chat your withdrawal is in process please allow 1 working day. Update on previous review.... The arrogance.

Finally got a reply for my complaint.
Astounding arrogance acting as Judge and Jury over a mere £55.00 withdrawal !!
The attitude of "we've got your money and you're not getting it back... Why?, because we say so".
Over two years they took enough from me by whatever method of depositing I chose, then bang, out of the blue, a £55.00 withdrawal and my I.D and security are under suspicion.
If they were genuinely concerned that my account was being used in a dubious /illegal manner, I have suggested they report me to the authorities, I genuinely hope they will. I Would like Mfortune to address this particular aspect here on this platform as it will show them up in their true colors and that they are not to be trusted.

Fake company trying to steal your identity

After having a win over three weeks ago now, I still do not have my winnings. I have sent identification multiple times and keep being told I need to upload more. They have pictures of front and back of my bank card. My birth certificate and now want passport or driving license. Seems to me they only want all this information to steal peoples identity. After chatting live to them multiple times over three weeks I’m still no further forward. Customer service is absolutely shocking, obviously reading from a script. NO HELP at all. Do not waste your time or money with this company. Keep screenshots of all live chats you have with them as I have a feeling We will be needing them should anything go missing from our accounts or anybody tries to take out credit in your name.

It's always funny how they require the details to withdraw the money but not to deposit it in the first place, it's surely at that stage you should be ultra strict on verification rather than at withdrawal? hmmm wonder why that could be. Immoral corrupt fools.

They told me my withdrawal will be one working day about for 7 days now I've sent in my id then they asked for more id which I sent and it was fine they said I'm still waiting for my 65 pound I mean I have kids and can't keep making calls and talking on live chat they just say the same and still never hear anything

I love a little gamble on the slots in moderation, do not gamble more than you can afford. I have played all the online sites for a bit of fun. Mfortune was one of the easiest sites to be verified on they accepted my gov id card. I cannot believe all the negative reviews only imo. Great choice of games and very quick payout if you win!!!
