Ear buds didn't work as they said they would. Sent email after 7 days for a refund and also send back earbuds. 5 weeks later and after 8 emails sent still waiting for my postal return and my refund of $150. Very poor customer service that doesn't follow up on what they promise

I've been primarily using the Mifo O5 Plus Gen 3 when working from home, often for back-to-back calls in the afternoon with some music in between. I used them for the first time at a long conference and setup was easy, however I had to switch the audio output once before it picked up right.
Since then they have been quite reliable for daily use. The call quality is clear and the music is decent enough to listen to in the background. Battery life has been great. I usually get a couple days usage out of the case before I have to plug it in. After a couple hours I might take them out for a little bit, just to reset but nothing big. But all in all they have been steady and reliable therefore I would still rate them 4 stars.
Review of something that doesn't exist
First of all, how can i rate a product when i paid almost $200 in June 2025 and its almost June 2026 and i still haven't received my earbuds?
Second of all, i see reviews in here from time to time, i wonder if this is computer generated to make people thing that this product exists? this is a genuine question. Is Mifo actually a product or a complete fraud and AI generated brand?
I've received a few emails from support team and they all sound like a computer and AI generated tone.
Can someone tell me if my $200 is completely gone or not? i'd love to be able to review something and give it a one star, but frankly i have nothing to review and probably am talking to a blank wall here.
Worst service possible
Worst service possible. Since December 2025, this "company" is still reviewing my case for a return of their product. Contacted multiple times (39 emails) so far with 3 replies stating they're reviewing my request for a return.
What happened? I inadvertently ordered 2 sets of earbuds by mistake. I contacted them within 2 hours of the order. They acknowledge the mistake and would make the adjustment. Two weeks later, 2 earbud sets were delivered. I contacted them being advised they'll review my case. What case?
Its like dealing with a 3rd world company. The earbuds I'm using are hopeless when wearing them in windy conditions. I urge everyone considering purchasing them is to look elsewhere.

I am not one to write reviews but I feel its important to warn people STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I wish I did better research before purchasing their 360° baby monitor. It was horrible quality - I couldn't hear my son crying through it (dangerous too might I add). They agreed to refund me after attempts at troubleshooting. I returned the device and when it was time to process the refund they stopped responding. Its been almost a whole year, email after email and when I give the information or the email chain as they dont have a phone number- the representative Rex stops responding. I have done further research after the fact, and have discovered there have been several complaints made against them to Consumer Affairs Victoria for similar or the same issues. Please dont waste your money on this pathetic brand. They take your money and pretend to care about their customers. Disappointing.

The sound quality is better than I though it would be for the size. The mids are clear, and the basis is good enough for casual listening. So far, the case battery has been doing nicely. TH only negative I saw was that there is a small delay while switching between devices, but it's not a big deal. In general. I have a very good time.
Scam replacement policy
Ordered and received earbuds in May 2025, however the left earbud wiggled about in the case so didn't charge well or stayed connected to my phone. I contacted "Support" who's communication seemed fine as we went through troubleshooting, and they ended up offering a replacement under warranty. I sent the earphones back, and that is where the communication stopped. I've contacted them many times now however received no update, replacement or refund.

I've been using the Ekko Sports massager for around 10 days after workouts, mainly on my legs and shoulders. It's powerful, easy to use, and has helped reduce muscle stiffness. After finding the right attachments, it became a regular part of my cool-down routine. The only downside is that it can be a bit noisy on higher settings.

I ordered the Walkabout DualView Doorbell Camera around two weeks ago and finally got around to putting it up last Saturday afternoon. It took me around 20 to 25 minutes to set it up. Most of that time was spent mounting it correctly and matching it up with the door. Connecting it to WiFi was easy once I followed the app's instructions.
I had to change the angle and motion settings a little on the first day I used it since it was picking up automobiles from the street. It's been operating better since I made that change. I've been watching it a few times every night as the deliveries come in, and the video has been clear both during the day and at night. Notifications come through rather rapidly, though sometimes there is a small wait of one or two seconds. So yet, nothing important has happened.

Firstly one earbud stopped working! Within 7 months and you guys agreed in writing to provide my a fully replacement. I questioned and reconfirmed, and thank you very for your help and your understanding.
Then I didn't receive any response so I followed up probably 10 times, you guys ghosted me which is very unprofessional.
Given it was agreed that you'll give me a full repayment, I ended up giving my earphones to charity because I didn't like only one working.
I then received a email to say, we need the earphones back to provide the replacement! mind you after months of following up.
This email reminds me to write the google review and I will be telling anyone I know to put a google review of 0.
Don't touch this company
I ordered one set of headphones or so I thought and miraculously paid for and received two in the post. Despite months of assurances via various emails they would send me a return slip and refund the unwanted set they have not. They are disingenuous at best. The ultra thin minifit earbuds themselves are pretty average. Don't go anywhere near this company

These air buds initially worked ok and then one stopped working. I have reached out to mifo several times over the last year or so. They initially helped me do some trouble shooting and then must have relised it was a lost cause and said they will send a replacement pair but alas that has never happend!! Keep saying they are having issues with their depot.
I last heard from them in Feb, where they asked me to reply, which I did and I haven't heard back from them again! Have followed up again today but not expecting anything further! If you are thinking of purchasing I would steer clear!!

Earbuds stopped working, no information or support on how to return.
Bought Mifo O5 Plus Gen 3 Smart True Wireless Bluetooth 5.4 Earbuds [2025 Edition]. They stopped working after a few months. Contacted customer support who were very responsive until none of their solutions (cleaning, making sure protective film removed) worked and got to point of requesting replacement. Since then complete radio silence, no contact from the returns team I was told would contact me and no contact from the support team when emailed to ask what was happening.
Do not buy from Mifo
My experience with Mifo Australia has been one of the most frustrating consumer experiences I’ve had.
To start with, delivery was delayed with little transparency. I had to chase updates, and even after being told the item was “on the way,” there were inconsistencies with tracking before it finally arrived.
When the earbuds did arrive, they were faulty. The left earbud did not function properly in terms of both fit and sound. I reported this on 26 February and followed all troubleshooting steps provided.
On 4 March, I requested a refund for a faulty product. Instead of honouring this, I was pushed towards a replacement. I agreed in good faith, but what followed was weeks of delays, poor communication, and constantly shifting positions.
At one point, I was told I would need to pay return postage and that the outcome (refund or exchange) would only be decided after the product was assessed. Only after pushing back did they agree to provide a return label. That was on 31 March.
It is now mid-April, and despite multiple follow-ups, no return label has been provided. The issue remains unresolved more than six weeks after I first reported the fault.
This is not a complex case. It is a faulty product and should have been resolved quickly. Instead, it has been dragged out unnecessarily.
I have since seen the public warning issued by Consumer Affairs Victoria regarding this business. Based on my experience, I find that deeply concerning and consistent with how my matter has been handled. I have now lodged a complaint with the QLD Office of Fair Trading and am pursuing a chargeback through my credit card provider.
I also note the volume of very positive reviews online. I would strongly encourage potential customers to read them critically, as many are worded in a way that does not seem genuine.
Overall, I would not recommend this company. The product was faulty, and the after-sales support has been slow, difficult, and ultimately ineffective.
