This is a fraudulent company DO NOT BUY. $199 headphones didn’t work. Contacted customer service several times by email. Initially they responded but a month later they have ignored all further follow up. No one responds to their online chat but they pretend they’ll be with you in 5 minutes. You’ll still be there a day later!
When I used the Sonictrek sleep buds
When I used the Sonictrek sleep buds, they were very comfortable for side sleeping. I barely felt them in my ears. The audio is more suited to soft sounds than music, but they did help me relax at night.

This company is a bloody scam! I bought a pair of soniktrek H2O earbuds o keep my Adhd mind busy whilst i swim. They were actually a 50th birthday present from my siblings, and at $149.95, not bloody well cheap! A couple of months ago (about 10 months after purchase), I tried contacting the MIFO Australia website but the only means of communication was a Bot chat funtion, which said 'we will get back in touch with you', plus I received an email saying somone would be in touch. No one ever did, despite repeated attempts to get in touch, and to find out contact details, I came up with nothing! This company is dispicable, and I wish I'd thought to do a thorough check on them before I'd purcased through their site. Just disgusting and they should be struck off the ASIC register!
I purchased a set of Mifo open ear xs
I purchased a set of Mifo open ear xs. The right earbud died after less than 4 months of light use - 2-3 runs per week of 3-5km and then stored at home ie well looked after. I contacted Mifo who were excellent initially but as soon as they realised they would have to send a replacement set they stopped communicating. Really disappointing. You try to support the lesser brands but they don’t support you back. I won’t buy from Mifo again and would encourage others to think again.

Would say zero stars if an option. Delivery was good but then headphones failed after one use, from research a catastrophic hardware failure. Virtually zero response from customer services with the only option a chat bot that never responds. Was promised that returns dept would be in touch but not a single response since. Awful.
Do not buy from this company
Earbuds do not function properly. They randomly switch songs, change volume, turn off, and generally just don't perform as intended. One doesn't charge. The company has not provided me with information on how I can return the items, even though I contacted within 24 hours of receiving them. There is a report from consumer affairs Victoria warning people not to buy from this company, and most of these reviews on their site are likely fake. Strongly caution against buying from this brand.
What can this brand do better? Follow Australian consumer law and stop paying for fake reviews.

Impossible to listen while running
Constant skipping/drop out of music when running. They headphones will randomly turn off at time making it impossible to use for calls. Contacted the company and they refused a refund or replacement. Price is attractive but the product is not

So I bought a massage gun , I hardly used it , then I went to use it and it won’t charge , contacted them , it’s just out of warranty, no help what so ever , may as well of got one from Temu . What a waste of money .

My experience: Placed an order 20 Dec. Received no tracking info (they use shopify app). Contacted them after waiting a few weeks and then told they were out of stock and expected in a few days. Any time you respond it's "Thanks for reaching out! We're looking into your concern and will update you as soon as possible". And when you eventually get a response which can take over a week or so its "currently out of stock due to unexpected demand. New stock is expected to arrive in the next few days, and we will dispatch all pending orders as soon as it becomes available". This happened multiple times. Am I talking to a chatbot?
Assuming you used a creditcard to purchase, your best course of action is through your bank disputes team. But there is a bit of a procedure to go through. I believe they are deliberately exploiting this in hope most people will give up.

Purchased Mifo earbuds for Christmas gift.
The charger didn’t work, I contacted Mifo the day after I received them and submitted a complaint.
I received a few email responses advising me to use a different electricity socket, try a different charger, clean the contacts, finally the instruction from Mifo was to wait while they consider the issue.
Next I was advised to send photos and a video to check I was plugging it into power supply correctly.
Then I was advised to read the terms and conditions of Mifo purchases.
Then Mifo stopped responding.
Obviously Mifo has no customer support, no return policy, no faulty product warranty, no conscience about selling faulty products without a guarantee .
Consumer protection is needed when dealing with this shady company.
I strongly recommend that you don’t purchase anything from MIFO

Mifo are a scam company. There is a consumer affairs victoria report that details customer concerns including non supply of products, poor quality product when provided and poor customer service and warranty support. I ordered some (I fell for their fake and paid for reviews). They werent going to supply the product, avoiding replying to my emails, and told me incorrect information about stock availability. It was not until I told them I would lodge a complaint and report a fraudulent transaction that they supplied the earbuds. The earbuds have a terrible tinny sound, lower quality than in ear cheap wired headphones. Do not buy these
Deeply disappointing – save your money
I honestly don’t know how Mifo gets away with charging money for this. The build quality feels cheap, the sound is flat and tinny, and the connection drops out if you so much as think about moving your head. Battery life is wildly inconsistent — one earbud dies whenever it feels like it, and good luck figuring out which one.
The controls are clunky and unresponsive, pairing is a chore every single time, and the case feels like it was designed as an afterthought. For something marketed as premium, it performs worse than bargain-bin earbuds I’ve picked up at a servo.
Customer support? Practically nonexistent. Responses are slow, vague, and unhelpful, which really tops off the experience.
Overall, Mifo manages to combine mediocre performance, poor usability, and frustration into one neat little package. Would not recommend to anyone — there are far better options for half the price.
