These earbuds worked really well for the first 2 months however. If using an direct sunlight they can cut out, increase/decrease volume or completely shut down. Very annoying while running a half mara... See more

Beware. Company is a scam
If there was an option for zero stars I would select it. Company is a sham. Sent faulty product then ghosted me when seeking support and a refund. Constant chat bot auto replies.
Good luck getting a return or refund
Whilst I received the product I wanted, the accessory that tried to buy at the time, doubled the order of original product (earbuds) charged me for them. Sent them both. I contacted MIFO immediately, then 3 days later, now 30 days later, and still no response. The link on their website to print off 'return slip' comes up PAGE ERROR 404 not found. **Seriously DONT buy from them**. Wish I had rea the consumer affairs complaints prior to me purchasing.

Faulty vacume and I’m still awaiting my refund two months later. Don’t waste your time purchasing from Mifo. I understand faulty products can occur but I expect customer service and a full refund. none of which Mifo has demonstrated to date. My next stop will be consumer affairs
Scam company
Scam company. Do not go near them. I found them via a tech gadget review page which also turned out to be part of their scam. They do not deliver the goods, their email address is fake and bounces back and their office address is a virtual office. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY!!! I have been in touch with my bank and have reported to Scamwatch. Shame on this company for ripping off so many people, especially at Christmas time.

If you could award a 0 then this MIFO should get it. Avoid this business at all costs. It's a scam. They took my money and vanished.
Hardware broke and I received literally useless customer service
I bought headphones from Mifo.com and the hardware (small plastic component) broke within 1 week of using them.
I notified customer service and they replied with a clearly automated email suggesting I do a factory reset - not helpful at all.
Since then I have sent several further emails and received nothing but responses that aim to stall the process. I’m not confident that I’ll receive any help with my issue.
Mifo rarely delivers
Mifo rarely delivers. If you should be so lucky that they do, the goods arrive months later. You can only contact them by email which they can choose to ignore. You will pay the money but not receive the goods.
Public warning issued by Vic Government
Public warning issued by Vic Government ~"defective or of poor-quality; and failed to deliver after payment, don't honour warranty." Google for full warning.
Apart from that it is the worst speaker I have owned ~ gutless, tinny sound and the battery doesn't hold a charge.
Make It Fully Avoidable
Their customer service is non existent. Their earbuds are complete garbage.
The sound quality was good, everything else about them was terrible.
They were cheaper for a reason.
Do not buy from Mifo.co.nz
Do not buy, they charge credit card but do not deliver. Supposed to be 3-5 day delivery from a warehouse an hour away from me...10 days later no tracking, no updates, no replies to email or chat messages. Absolute joke of a company. Wish I had seen these terrible reviews earlier as would never have used this company
An update regarding mt earbud purchase
An update regarding my earbud purchase.
3 weeks after ordering the product they arrived today. Now I will see if the earbuds are as good as a review I read indicated. I am still disappointed with the inferior customer service I received and would caution consumers considering purchasing from them. The mental anguish wasn't worth it.
Do not buy anything from MIFO
Do not buy anything from MIFO, they are a scam. goods never show up, I have had no response from them and their online chat simply goes no where.

earbuds are faulty and company ignores request for refund or repair
How is this company still operating? Blatantly ignoring credible requests for refund. I got about 10 emails how to troubleshoot the substandard quality of a purchase I made. Absolute piss take.
Substandard sound quality.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
Bought a $120 trail camera from them which stopped working after about 5 weeks, the customer service emails are just stalling me out, ombudsman here I come.
Not at all happy with Mifo Australia
I accidentally purchased 2 products (checkout was confusing) chatted to a guy, he cancelled the 2nd item but I have not received a refund. They will not reply to emails or chats through their website. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
I ordered a pair of wireless headphones…
I ordered a pair of wireless headphones and once they came had an issue with randomly stopping or turning up the volume. I opened a return request twice with mifo. On both occasions the case was randomly closed and i still have not had any recourse from them. Their support is shocking i will never buy any product if theirs ahai, which is a shame as the previous 2 sets of ear buds worked well.

Purchased a robovac from them that basically started only lasting for a fraction of the original time after 6 months, contacted them for support which diagnosed the need for a warranty claim but then they basically ghosted me after that won’t reply to any email or online chat with them

There's a good reason why, when I searched for the best noise cancelling headphones, SonicTrek QuietMix II came up on top.
The noise cancelling component is top notch.
These headphones are comfortable to wear, compared to another well known, more expensive brand that hurt after a while. To be fair, I wear them for hours at a time sometimes. Comfort is important.
The AI voice is so light and happy when switching on, and sounds sad when turning off. Hilarious!
I highly recommend this product.
Ordered 2x earbuds through mifo.co.nz…
Ordered 2x earbuds through mifo.co.nz website and only received 1x pair. Praise the lord I received that! nz support email is broken so, went through au website chat bubble support. And thats where the bs fun antics started. Long story short, never received my second set, (NZ$182) down the drain. Do not use them, they are cons, scammers and totally unscrupulous.
