This company is dubious! I ordered boots that were sent to me from Italy. Without labels!!!!!
I only tried them on at home and sent them back because they are too tight for me. The retailer claims I wore them and I now - after it was checked by so called Dispute Center - have to keep the boots. ANYONE could have worn these boots in the shop in Italy. MIINTO gives no assurances. Do not buy here under any circumstances.
I will consider legal action.

Returned item. No refund (-891.20€).
I decided to return my order but a week after the return arrived to the store, I haven't got my refund of 891.20€. It's the second time I have issues with my refund on this webstore.
Edited: 14 days since the return arrived to the store and I haven't got my refund yet. I have contacted their customer service many times and all I got are excuses from their financial department.
I shop online a lot every month and this is the worse shopping experience in ages. Think twice before purchasing on their website.

Really good experience
Really good experience buying through Miinto. The shipping was done as agreed and expected, and inside the parcel, everything was done with care and detail. The product was in perfect state and what impressed me the most was the documentation included in the parcel, with perfect detail of how to return the product if needed. Really high quality service, probably one of the best I've seen so far.

Bad service!
Lousy service!! I still haven't received the bag I purchased one month ago, which btw was a Christmas present for a kid. After numerous of emails, chats & calls I finally today got my money back, after 3 different stories of why I didn't receive my parcel in time: 1. the shop hadn't confirmed delivery, 2. Fed Ex delivered the parcel to the wrong store, 3. the parcel was delivered to someone else. This experience was my first and last with Miinto.
