I saw a lot of good looking clothing Ads by these people so I decided to give them a try by ordering one garment. When it arrived, it was the single cheapest looking & feeling garment I've ever seen in my 77 years on this earth. And, it was not sized to the US Market. In other words their USA XL was actaully a USA L. Then when I tried to complete a return, they refused to provide a pre paid shipping label and gave me a return address in China - even though they shipped it to me from Compton Ca. USA. Of course that China address was just an attempt to discourage me from returning the garment. Don't be sucked in by their good looking Internet Ads. I would strongly advise all Americans to stay away from this company.

This is obviously an Asian based vendor....what that means is that their clothes will be 3 or 4 sizes too small (that is why the cheap prices are given) and you will not get your money back. Your credit card company may be able to help you. Note that legitimate clothing vendors based in US are now posting "our clothing sizes match the sizes as described " on their web sites. Milamode obviously likes to use fake reviews as well.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! The dress sizes are varied and I never get a good fit. They give you the runaround regarding returns. Then they stop answering your emails. I've ordered stuff that was in-stock only for them to tell me they do not have stock anymore. Then they said they will credit my credit card for the purchase, but they never do. They use a fake tracking service as "proof" that they shipped product but the shipments get conveniently "hung" in US customs whereby they can deny all responsibility.

They split everything up into multiple shipments. Sometimes the tracking service says the shipment was delivered but I do not get it for another week. On another occasion, they said my shipment was in US customs after I already received it.

Being an obvious fraud, I had to cancel my credit cards. Do business with this company, and you will lose!

This company is one of the worst companies (if not the worst) I have ever bought. They are thieves, so you are advised. Do not buy from them!!!.

These shirts I bought in 3X were equal to maybe 1X in the USA sizes but they don't tell you that. I had no idea they were made in China or I would not have bought them. There website doesn't list any contact info hence I should have known there was some BS involved. The quality of the shirts are garbage as well. When I went to return them they make the customer pay for the returned shipping cost to CHINA! They know no one will do this as the shipping cost are too much for the customer to do so hence your stuck with these crappy shirts! Furthermore I discovered at the post office American taxpayers subsidies China for them shipping to the USA goods through the USPS however China does not do the same, it's a one way street to this country who continues to screw Americans.

Never got item ordered a month ago they refuse to refund me never buy from this company

I have tried for the last hour trying to use the "buy 5 get 6th free" offer.
They should give me six garments free for the time that I have wasted.

This company Sucks!!!! I'm saying it as nice as I can. The advertised shirt I ordered and the shirt I received were different colors. Very obvious difference. You cannot assume that the advertised product you order will be what you receive. The pants I ordered had an elastic waist band. I mistakenly assumed the pants had a zippered fly. No such thing. False advertising by omission of facts/features. No satisfaction with customer service. Sorry, no returns on sale items was the response I got from "customer service". Simple case of bait and switch.

size xl ordered, received medium or smaller, return procedure locks up computer, fooled me once...never again

Milamode, STAY clear of Milamode the garments they sell are of a very low standard and when you ask for a refund they openly break the consumer protection act laws in the UK. Then they start the annoying negotiation tactics we'll we'll give you 15% , 20% or 35% off if I keep the garbage they supply
A bad, bad company steer well clear.

The shirts I ordered were rubbish, cheap material nothing like the pictures, and the wait I had was appalling, kept emailing, I returned the items and never received a refund because apparently they never received the items back, stay well clear of this company

I ordered 5 shirts from them a month ago, it took right at 4 weeks to get them and that's when I found out they were coming from China. I only received 4 of the shirts, trying to track the shipment wasn't user friendly so I have no idea if I will get my last shirt or not. 2 of the shirts actually fit and 2 of them are so small I literally can't get my arms in the sleeves. They said to return them but I have to pay for the return....to China. Not worth the hassle. I'll give them to away to someone they may fit but I do not recommend spending your money with this company. Besides the cloth and workmanship are very flimsy and cheap.

I ordered a bunch of shirts from Milamode. The first few were nice, but I found that while shopping, if you put things in your cart and don’t finalize the order, they still send them and use the credit card from the first purchase.
Many were marked Medium but were too small and they told me to ship them back to China and pay postage and duty. I refused and they finally offered a 40% refund. I feel that if they sell in our country, they should be returnable without any fee.

Milamode is cheap irregular items with random sizing. Don't bother wasting your money. Carefully, read what they consider a refund policy. They offered me a 15% refund. I will never purchase from them again.

Very cheap material and workmanship. What I received was inconsistent with what I ordered. Linen pants literally ripped at the waist and ankle just putting them on because the fabric was so flimsy. They would not take the return because the pants were considered worn and damaged. Seriously?

Honestly, I was leery of Milamode because of many poor reviews about the clothes sizes. But I was VERY careful, for every item, to check exactly what the sizing chart showed for the fit, by inches. As a result, the sizes I bought were WIDELY varied, from M all the way up to XXXL. When the shirts arrived, however, all 12 items fit exactly the way I expected. The quality was good for the price, and the shirts looked very nice on me. So if you shop Milamode, pay CLOSE attention to the specific sizing for EVERY item, using the inches chart, NOT the "M", "L", "XL", etc. Thanks.

Don’t waste your money on this company. The clothes they sale are cheap and not as advertised. Don’t waste your hard earned money. I lost a bill, but chock it up as a lesson learned on my end.

If you are a victim of their fraud, you are able to request a FULL refund from your credit card company. This office will provide a letter to support your refund request. Milimode is engaged in deceptive business practices and false advertising and consumer fraud. Products are inferior and fraudulently marked. The company fails to process refunds and runs the consumer in circles as they try to negotiate a refund.

Quality of the shirts are awful. Not fit for humans to wear. Then had to pay $23 to return to China which they don’t tell you before you by something

I ordered four shirts from Milamode. All reviews said they ran really small so order two sizes larger. I did. I wish I did not trust the reviews. Their sizes are on point. The company was great with immediately addressing my concerns. I had no problem.
