Customer service?? What customer service?
Customer service is something that is new to these folk - they know nothing about it. After paying to return an ironing board cover that should have fitted - but didn't - I had to chase a refund almost 2 weeks later and was asked why I had to send it back, as if that had any relevance to whether a reefund had been processed or not. No apology from them, just a sarcastic tone that has lost them a new customer. Fools.

My experience was terrific we have for many years had fantastic service from our Easy Loader clothes airer, liking the design which has an extended top shelf which is ideal for drying woollens flat.
Unfortunately the rear pivot plastic clips broke. We tried to buy a replacement complete airer but none were available.
So in hope rather than expectation I completed an online inquiry form.
Imagine my dismay as lots of companies ignore these, but within 30 minutes I had response requesting I send photos. Following this I got an immediate reply saying understandably this was an old model and the part was unavailable. We asked if we could purchase a new airer from them, but beyond my belief they sent us a complimentary complete airer.
I have never experienced customer service like this, and is all the more remarkable in this day and age!
Thanks to all at Minky a very satisfied customer now and in to the future.

They just don’t seemed bothered at all. Item came without protective feet and still waiting 2 weeks later for them to be sent out.
Don’t get caught out on their website, what you see is not what you get, check the small print. For example if you order and ironing board cover you get sent a random cover, not necessarily the one in the picture.
Waiting for an email response takes days. Avoid this company on line at all costs. WONT BE BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN ONLINE.
Awful Customer Service and cheap products
I regularly buy products from here and recently purchased the new Spray Mop. Not only has the water bottle warped and is apparently irreplaceable. The actual ‘click’ part of the mop no longer works, it just flops around. It’s now in the bin and with such poor customer service and such poor emails received I most definitely will not be buying from them again.
Good but wasted packaging!
Very good, all arrived quickly! The only I hate is all the packaging. I ordered a washing line which had some freebies and then some cloths. Everything was individually wrapped, why!? The little freebies and cloths could fit all in one bag, 5 wasted plastic bags. It’s very unnecessary.
Minky All Purpose…
I purchased the Minky All Purpose Cloths. The colour ran on my sofa after lightly sponging with the cloth. I contact Customer Services and was appalled with the response I received. They were extremely unhelpful and I felt insulted by the response. I will not be using these products again!

Purchased the anti-bac £19.99 bundle with 7 mystery items as a gift - arrived with 6 mystery items all of which were repeats of each other and moreover some came without any minky branding!!! they were just white cloths with green lines in a clear packet which looked like I had bought them from a cheap pound shop - can no longer give as a gift as it looks awful and cheap! emailed minky explaining this and they said I would need to send back and i have to pay return postage! Even though the item is not as described and that’s not my fault! Moreover, the item is sent in such a huge box it isn’t worth the expense that returning would cost me!! Any other company would have sent the missing item and replaced the non-branded ones. Will never be purchasing from them again.
STAY AWAY FROM BUNDLES BUY EVERYTHING INDIVIDUALLY IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY! (And be prepared if you do have an issue it will not be rectified even when the company’s at fault)
Missing items
I ordered 3 of the minky cleaning pads which arrived later than the delivery stated, when I opened my order there was only 1 pad in the pack with no dispatch note! I contacted minky who asked me to send my order number and confirm my missing items, they then got back to me saying they will send me 1 of the missing items when I was missing 2, I will never order anything from the site the customer service was shocking!
Rubbish product and even worse customer service
Bought one of their cleaning pads two days ago, only for it to split at the seams after barely any use. Contacted Minky Customer Service, who really were completely uninterested. I was asked to send my name, address, photos of the pad and proof of purchase. Hello? Does ANYONE keep a receipt for a sponge?? I sent my name and address and photos - one of the split and one of the whole thing, to prove just how new it was. No - still not satisfactory for Minky. I was told I would have to take it back to the shop - along with proof of purchase!! Honestly, it would have cost me more in petrol to drive back to the shop than it did for the pad! Give these things a miss. They are extremely poor quality and the company is just not interested. In times like these, companies should be very grateful that they are getting business at all - not treating customers with contempt. Will never buy so much as a duster from Minky again!
