Not reliable when shopping online
I ordered a 500£ ring in their website and they used a standard Evri shipment to deliver it. The courier arrived in 3 days, ringed the doorbell and he left as soon as he rang the bell, nobody answered when I asked a few seconds later. I checked my email and I saw that they left the box in the porche of the house unattended as proof of delivery, luckily I went down to take it. Also, they promised a 10% discount on first orders when signing up for their newsletter, this isn’t true, it only applies on a few items and they do not mention it on their advertisement

Tangled necklace, terrible customer service
I bought a bracelet many months ago and the process went fine. I decided to order a matching necklace which arrived tangled in knots. I contacted customer support via the form, email and chat and only received an initial automated response asking me to provide photo evidence. I did this repeatedly. No response. I followed up for days with emails. As soon as I mention the possibility of a credit card claim, they responded and claimed that every email was answered and that I need to check my spam folder (which I do!). There are no emails! What is this company? Currently waiting on the refund and had to pay for the return shipping even after reporting the issue with the necklace. Either something is wrong with their email/communication platform or they are lying. This is not good customer service, insisting that I am in the wrong and sending this kind of response, taking no accountability, apology, or offering a constructive solution. Instead making every possible effort to lose a customer.

I couldn’t recommend Missoma enough! Their jewellery is so beautiful and well crafted. I recently had an issue, whereby I contacted the customer services team and within 1-2 days, my issue was completely resolved, above and beyond. Thank you so much team, will keep on recommending this brand.
Extremely disappointed
I purchased a pair of Fine Diamond Wishbone huggies, which retail at £695 from Missoma in at the end of February 2026, unfortunately one fell out of my ear by end of May 2026, which I found a disappointing show of quality for a pair of earrings that weren't cheap - for earrings at that price point I would have expected the backs to not be malleable enough to loosen after only three months of irregular wear (with no shower or sleeping wear).
What I was most shocked to was Missoma's reaction to this, I emailed to ask if i could purchase a single earring of the set and this request was refused, with customer service noting that they only allow for a selection of their earrings to be purchased individually - this feels like a distasteful approach and is certainly a separation from approach's taken by both Missoma's peers and also independent jewellers.
On a separate note - the earrings claimed to be natural diamond, however I received no documentation stating the authenticity, which i was surprised as usually this would be included in delivery - even for lab grown diamonds!
Overall extremely unimpressed by Missoma's quality and customer service and would not recommend.

My gold bracelet broke, so I contacted the company for assistance. They were understanding from the very beginning and handled the situation with kindness and professionalism. Their customer service was excellent, and they promptly arranged a replacement for me. I really appreciated how helpful and efficient they were throughout the process.

QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE: EXPECTED MORE
Previously purchased the lovely heart necklace from the Barbie movie and was pleased, surprisingly so, by the quality and reasonable price.
I decided to try again and buy toggle bar necklace. It must have arrived late because at 7AM EST, I found it on the porch, box soaking wet. Luckily, it hadn't soaked through to the necklace.
Unfortunately, I was disappointed because the necklace looked unlike the one shown in the advertisement. It was not at all suble in its 18k overlay. It appears brassy and clunky.
I loved the subtle and understated lines, but do not see this. For the price, I guess it's ok, but should be advertised as it is. Decided to return.
I was surprised that, given I had received a soaking wet delivered box, I now had to prepay to return, plus provide a new box.
Either way, the experience was not in keeping with my expectations not to mention, I believe this item went on sale almost immediately after I bought it.
