Had a problem with transferring my number but agent very helpful and advised on some changes to phone settings which solved the problem. Did sound a bit like AI speaking though..

Easy to switch providers, new SIM received within a few days and a talk and text plan added via the app for £4.00 per month. Really pleased I chose Asda Mobile.

Shocking customer service

The representative placed me on speakerphone, which made it very difficult to hear him clearly. He sounded irritated throughout the call (this was around 1pm on Sunday) and ended the conversation mid‑sentence without providing the information I needed. The abrupt ending and lack of assistance came across as unprofessional and rude.

Terrible

Terrible . Ordered a sim since a month never arrived . Been back&forth with them since then but not sorted . They transfer your call and staff doesn’t know even a thing . Very disappointed .
