I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Asda Mobile has been bad enough to warrant a warning to others.
Communication with the Egyptian call centre was terrible. The call quality was so poor at times that we simply couldn’t hear each other properly.
On top of that, there was a clear language barrier, which made an already frustrating situation even worse.
The website failed to generate an eSIM as it should have — a basic function that just didn’t work.
What should have been a simple issue turned into a complete ordeal. Trying to resolve it through an offshore call centre wasn’t just difficult — it was impossible.
In the end, I gave up entirely. I’ll be cancelling within the 14-day cooling-off period.
My advice: always check where a company’s customer service is based before committing to a contract. It can genuinely make the difference between a smooth experience and a complete nightmare.

Very pleased with my sim only cards.
Same coverage as my previous provider but 1/2 the price.
I found it easy to transfer my mobile no so that I could keep my old number and also get set up.

The signal is useless and it never lets me use mobile data on certain apps all of a sudden. I've done everything to try and resolve this but it won't work. Why has my mobile data stopped working??

Excellent service and very quick and straight forward to switch including keeping my existing number
I have been with vodafone for over over 20 years and their prices on a monthly sim are over twice that of Asda and Adsa offer an extra 7 GB of data

Ordered and paid for a pay monthly sim package for £22 never recieved
after phonecalls and emails still no refund
Asda dont want to admit fault and are saying It must of been paid for shopping as they can not find me on the system despite being found the day before
obv an internal error that they wont resolve
still no sim or refund nearly a month later

Good communication, but it took over 7 days for the SIM to arrive, I guess that is down to Royal Mail.
