Great Experience

So easy to transfer your old number over and a great connection wherever I go in the on my travels. Also the price and amount of internet usage you have which rollsover every month so you don't lose out. Highly recommend Asda mobile

Saving £££

Was sick of being ripped off by EE’s endless price rises so decided to buy a phone outright and go sim free.

The Asda online deal came up as a Facebook ad and I jumped at it. £5.95 for unlimited texts, minutes and 10GB data on a plan that also includes data rollover and roaming (something EE no longer includes unless you opt for a more expensive plan). What’s not to love.

Signal on the Vodafone network has been reliable. Easy transfer of number. Will never go back to the bigger main networks. Has saved me a fortune.

I haven’t received my sim card for…

I haven’t received my sim card for nearly 20 days. Call them, email them. Problem still exists. I have direct debit mandate and the mobile number, but no sim.

I’m not the best dealing with these matters,Asda after phone call yes and speaking to a real person helped and sorted the job in rapid time.the deal is great .my son has moved to Asda ,my wife is about to do the same.the former provider not to pleased after 25yrs service said they couldn’t match the package.I’m very pleased with Asda on all points

Smooth transaction and is working well.

It all went smoothly from signing up online through to activating the new sim card. It did take a couple of working days to swap the phone number over though. I went online on Saturday to swap the numbers and it finally moved across on Tuesday afternoon. But that was not a problem anyway.
