I ordered a necklace with a photo of a lost family member, when it arrived I was very pleased with it. However the website went down whilst my order was pending so that was disconcerting. I would like to order more items but the website seems to have disappeared again. The email address bounces back and today i called them and left a message. I do wonder what’s going on with this company-are they closing down or do they take website down to manage orders. There should always be a means of communication and update-even an email to pending order people. Really bizarre and I’m torn whether to use them again! I see very little little replies from them to common themes on this site.
Awful experience
I can't tell you how many times I've tried to contact them about my faulty product, no response for over a month but they read my messages straight away, their email doesn't work, website doesn't work.

As soon as you order anything, their website is no where to be found. And can’t email. Need to return something as it took so long to come no longer needed and no way of returning is a scam don’t order from here
No item received
I was told my item was dispatched on the 10/10/23 and would be delivered between 14/10/23 - 19/10/23. Whenever I check the Royal Mail tracking, it is still showing that they haven’t even received my order yet! This was supposed to be a gift! I have tried reaching out via email but that bounced back and when I message on instagram, I get no reply. I’m not happy with this service to be honest

Thank you for your below email, it couldn't have reached me at a better time because I've just received my first order from you, however, I must say that, after eagerly anticipating the arrival of my order, I am very very disappointed.
I have attached a screenshot below of my order, the reference number was #54678.
The Jewellery itself is quite beautiful for the price, but my excitement waned when I closely examined the pictures. In my opinion, the quality of both pictures is subpar and they display flaws, however, the Cross pendant is by far the worst with black spots and terrible image quality on my beautiful family's faces.
I had reservations about ordering gifts online like this, but I trusted your company because it came highly recommended. Given my dissatisfaction, I hope you can understand my disappointment.
Perhaps your team might suggest that the picture I provided was not the better option, in such a case, I would have expected to be contacted to provide a better one.
So, where do we go from here? you mentioned below about allowing me to trust you with my first order. Let's hope you can help me resolve this situation before we discuss building trust.

I ordered three items. Two are lovely but the third is really not good at all. I have tried without success to contact the company. There is no one answering their phone, the website is apparently down and my emails have bounced back! I really would like to speak to someone to sort out the faulty item .

I was looking for a gift for my partners sister. I came across your website and had a look. I was amazed at how reasonable the jewellery was and after browsing through your website , I purchased the rose gold heart necklace. It took a couple of week's to come , which I was happy with, I was kept notified at each process stage , of the making of the necklace. When the necklace arrived , I was so pleased with how the necklace looked and the hologram was just perfect. The gift box with the light was great.. a perfect gift for my partners sister, who loved it. Would definitely recommend.

i ordered a projection necklace on the 27th september and didn’t receive it until the 14th october and initially thought it was a scam as i didn’t receive a tracking number and it took so long to come and the website closed down. when i received my order the packaging was awful and the product did not work as advertised and even looking through the necklace you can barely see the picture inside.

Hi. I have read your response to many poor reviews you have received, where you ask for people not to leave bad reviews as it adversely affects your business - you are, I’m afraid perhaps not grasping the point of Trustpilot. Customers, like myself, who have been completely unable to get hold of you, not for 48 hours as you suggest, but weeks, are certainly entitled to remark upon that and it is not our responsible to ‘seek you out’. You say to call, I have tried this unsuccessfully, I have emailed several times-they bounce back, Instagram says website down for 48 hours but that is untrue as it had been many days I have been unable to contact you. That said, I have ordered 3 pieces from you and received one. The Aurora piece that I have received is ok, not spectacular, but ok. It’s basically just a pretty blue stone coated purple on the back - I wouldn’t say it particularly represents the Northern Lights, but hey Ho, just my opinion. I can find no trace of my other two pieces, which I’m sure will arrive… eventually but please don’t moan about people leaving bad reviews when , from my own experience, you are providing a bad service. I’m not saying you always provide a bad service nor that you will in the future but currently it’s bad! Surely you can see why customers, who paid good money to you but then can’t ‘find’ you anywhere, albeit maybe through no fault of your own, are getting a little anxious and frustrated? Hope you resolve your issues soon 🤞 ps where’s my blinking order? 😉

Disappointed I’m afraid
Beautiful necklace but the photo image on the wall isn’t clear at all, I have tried everything. No instructions actually arrive with the piece so guessing games for the recipient unless they ordered it from the website and are there to give gift personally. Tried to email with no luck and the website is still down, I don’t use FB or Instagram. Was so disappointed as this was what I had hoped would be something a bit unusual but special for my daughter to remember her first wee dog by as she had to be put to sleep last year and it was for Christmas. Such a lovely idea but just hasn’t worked as well as I thought. The bottom half of the dog is clear but the face is very faint and could be any dog. Believe me I have had it shone from all angles, makes no difference.

I purchased 2 photo necklaces for family members on 26 September and was pleased to be kept up to date with progress throughout. I was concerned when after being advised my parcel was on its way, I was unable to get back on the website which has been down for a few days now. However my parcel arrived today and the two necklaces are lovely and I can see the images when held to a light. I particularly love the little led light that comes on when I open the box which was unexpected but a nice touch
