My order got stolen during shipment and they were very helpful and supportive throughout the entire process!
They immediately sent another package free of charge and I eventually received my package!

My partner came across the projection bracelet and dropped a few hints. Her dad had passed away 5 years ago and this year was her 50th - She wanted something special to wear so he was always with her.
I looked around and the bracelets looked like a good quality - I ordered mine.
It came - when I inspected it there was a line across the face of the picture. I emailed the company to ask them to help - I was told it was fluff off the box and if I were to clean it the fluff would disappear.. it did not.
I then had to send a video of the bracelet of looking into it I guess to prove it was faulty? Who knows.

I was told that this would be reviewed with urgency and someone would get back to me. They didn't! I had to chase them.. I was conscious that the birthday was approaching and this would be a very sentimental gift for my partner and meaningful. Again all this was explained.

I asked if I could have a refund - due to the item being faulty I was told no! They had already taken the decision to make me another bracelet. I explained it needed to be here by a certain date - We are now 5 days after the special event and the bracelet has been dispatched but not delivered!

They will not refund my money and I still do not have from this company a bracelet!! What is even funnier is I have ordered a bracelet from another company - it arrived on time and not faulty! Fancy that!

How a company can operate with such poor customer service is beyond me! I would never order from here again!

I would rather use Etsy - sellers on there are happy to help and assist with any issues and get them resolved quickly.

The funniest part of this is the automated email you get from the CEO asking for feedback and then when you provide it you hear nothing again!!

Shame as the product has potential and I can see its beauty and it is so well presented - the customer service is just shockingly poor!!

Can't say too much as its a gift for my birthday, which I chose. I have seen the jewellery briefly and am delighted with it. Will review again after my birthday.

I had a was a bit concerned a first as this was for a friend whose nan had passed and wanted it to be perfect. I have constant emails telling me what stage my order was in and I’m feeling you it was perfect!!!! The box was really high quality and the picture was really clear

The quality of Moonlit jewellery is second to none, really different from the normal variety you see. The presentation box too is unique, with the bright shinny light that makes your jewellery sparkle & shine. The team work so hard to please their customers, nothing is to much trouble, they just want you to be happy with your purchase. 5 Stars isn’t enough, should be 10 Stars.

thank you; I bought this as a gift for my aunt it has a picture of her and my grandad at her wedding wedding, my grandad passed away and she is massively grateful for this.
She said the necklace was beautiful and when I told her to look inside she burst into tears.

The two key chains I ordered in memory of two of my cats who died recently. The products were extremely high quality and identical to the photos I had provided one of them was a picture of my husband holding one of the cats and I asked for them to keep my husband in - it looks just like the photo!. Can't wait to use again!
