I order sterling silver. First I received was not sterling silver and after 1 week of wearing it it start loose shine and I contact them and send a replacement. With the second one same thing happened is not even plated with silver and not even marked with 929. Don't waste your money. I pay for sterling silver and I received 1£ thing

This is not a UK business, it is based in CHINA and the customer service advisors do nothing but lie to you. The item arrived very damaged and it absolutely stunk of chemicals like it had been made with incredibly cheap materials.
Avoid this business, it is just dodgy.

The company response on here makes everything seem like they care and want to put things right but they don't. I am still yet to recieve a response from this companys management in regards to resolving this. I just want to reiterate that this company as not a trustworthy company and the amount of lies they have been caught in is ridiculous (i have proof). You should really avoid it unless you want to throw your money away and waste your time trying to get it back.

I bought a beautiful bracelet for my sister, it was absolutely stunning. The photo was even better than I expected and the fact you can project it on to a wall, it is just amazing, thank you so much.

i ordered a key chain with a picture inside and he absolutely loved it- came about 10 days after ordered an need had a little trouble with no tracking number but it came and was in a cute box which had a light inside; it was the small detail that really made it :)

Delivered in good time considering it has to be put together. Beautiful piece of jewllery and comes in a very nice box! All in all, i am really happy with it!

My order had a few issues with it and it was replaced free of charge. The replacement was excellent. Ordered a signet ring.

Two things I --think id improve,it's not about the gift itself, The light in box faded pretty quickly and flickered by the time it was gifted. Also,i struggled trying to see the picture in the bracelet. I eventually worked it out after watching a you tube video. So maybe include a user guide with item. No criticism, just suggestions x

Great updates on order, fast shipping and great product. I had a problem with my order due to Royal Mail and moonlit re sent my order without a problem apologised for the problem and was sorted within a couple of days. Great customer service.
