The bracelet was absolutely amazing I couldn't believe how clear you could see the picture.
However over about 4 weeks the band and come apart and I could not wear it. I contacted moonlit and sent photos of this. They were very quick and getting back to me, very polite and sent out a replacement very quickly I could not fault their customer service at all. If it wasn't for my bracelet to come apart in the first place I would have given 5 stars.

Honestly what an absolutely fantastic product..

All I would really like I suppose is to have the option for a higher not quality as that is the wrong word, probably what would be a higher cost but a thicker I suppose chain. I can't believe for the money the quality and how clear the pictures are I am very impressed.

Beautiful item, very happy with my purchase. I had an issue initially with what I thought was blistering of my photo, but it was a plastic protective film used to ensure safe delivery of item. Customer service was prompt with my issue to resolve it, although it was my fault for not realising there was a cover on the photo, Customer service was first class, thanks to Coleen. My necklace is stunning, and I look forward to treasuring it for years to come. Thank you so much! Oh, and the presentation box is a lovely touch. I bought a bracelet for my sister and she absolutely loved it. Highly recommended

I wanted a permanent reminder of a much loved pet to carry with us and ordered two of the stainless steel Pet Memorial Keychains. Just uploaded a good quality photo and they did the rest, the quality and detail of the keyring is brilliant and the box it came with was an extra surprise. When ordering they said it would take up to 8 days to prepare and a further 4 to 8 days for delivery. Had regular email updates and it arrived on day 8. Will definitely buy here again, and everyone I have shown it to says the same!
