My custom engraved sterling silver keyring of a friend's dog was perfect and she was thrilled with it. An easy process from uploading an image to payment. Delivery was quick too. I particularly liked the way the presentation box has a little light when you open it. A nice touch.

My daughter got given a bracelet from you for her birthday in July, and I lost my mum at the end of June so I treated us to 2 necklaces with her photo in. Absolutely beautiful so happy with them. I changed mine onto a longer chain so I can see easier .will definently order again.

Ordered a necklace from start to finish was kept updated on production and dispatch of item when arrived was a great product but had my engraving missing on contacting customer services the issue was resolved Immediately and a 2nd item made and sent within 2 weeks which is also made to a high standard very happy customer and will definitely buy again .

The process was easy and the jewelry reasonably priced. The final product was beautiful. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Its WELL too big - Tried to return it, and this was their reply;

Regrettably, I must inform you that our current policy does not allow for returns.

Im VERY dubious its 925 silver as well, time will tell, and i will update this review in good time.

I ordered a memorial keyring for my dad after his dog passed. It was beautifully done and arrived in a really nice presentation box. I was kept in loop the whole way through the process. I would highly recommend
