I purchased and engraved (pet) key ring as an anniversary memorial gift and was in tears (of joy) when it arrived. The key ring itself was even better than I imagined it would be, so detailed and perfectly positioned. What really impressed me though was the gift box it came in as it has a light that comes on as you open the box and it's just the most beautiful additional touch. I will be purchasing one again for sure and will be using this website as a go to for any gifts in the future.

really good choice of jewellery to start with, brought for my brother and I know its his style. Good communication via email updates on progression of order. Arrived within estimated delivery time. little bit of difficulty with the gift box at first couldn't get the lid to close and was worried it would snap but I got there in the end really lovely touch with the light. Thank you for doing such a great job.

Bought my daughter the necklace of our dog that has passed away and was pleasantly surprised, it was better than I thought it was going to be. 100% recommend this.

It's a great idea, but could be improved. I purchased a bracelet with my friend's mum inside. I uploaded a photo of her face.
When the bracelet arrived - in a lovely box - it was so enlarged that you couldn't see her mum's full face. I did get in contact with them, but they said was it the same photo, I replied yes, and could I take a photo and show them. I wasn't able to take a photo of a photo through a bracelet tiny hole. It seemed like a strange thing to ask.

When you purchase it, they should show the size of the photo and give you tips on size. Or they should re-size it for you. I think a preview of how it would look is what is needed.

I gave my friend the bracelet - she loved it regardless of it being enlarged on her mum's face but it broke in 2 days.

Company contacted me and offered to replace it.

The product is lovely and a great gift. We did have a slight issue with the actual bracelet but contacted them, they responded within the hour and a replacement was sent (no problems) and Colleen was brilliant in checking in with how the order was coming along.
I never write reviews but they definitely deserved a very positive one.
