They were as described and well finished.

What can I say this is probably the best customer service I have ever received. Such a lovely company, the necklace was unbelievably beautiful such amazing craftsmanship. I have not taken it off since I received it. It came very fast for a custom made product, the communication is A class, they send you daily updates on your order. I have contacted them twice via email regarding queries to the necklace in which they responded within minutes. If you are considering buying from them definitely do! I now know where to buy my jewellery from. Will definitely order again.

Absolutely delighted with the items I received of my late dog, Tzar as part of their marketing campaign.

I was seriously dubious at first as to the quality and whether I would actually even receive the items. But true to their word, I did and I was simply blown away at the quality. I was kept informed of the progress of the delivery of the items via lovely emails. I loved the box with the light that comes with their products. Fab product with Great presentation and quick service

I received my bracelet within a very short time and received updates to let me know how it was going and when they had sent it.
I had a small problem and I can honestly say the Customer service was outstanding. They kept me informed and am now wearing my bracelet.
