Really poor quality bracelet
Really poor quality bracelet. The stone picture part is lovely but the strap ruins it. It doesn’t sit right and I cannot adjust it without breaking it. I reached out to company to resolve, however, they just offered me £10 off another product. Really really disappointed

Beautiful moonlit necklace bought for a gift.
I wasn’t sure on how to view the picture in the moonstone at first however I emailed customer service and i received a response almost straight away with different methods of how to project the picture and a video for guidance.
The necklace itself is absolutely beautiful and I’m sure the recipient will hold it close to her heart.

No sign of Purchase.. full refund and gift card given
Ordered 2 bracelets weeks ago and they still haven’t arrived. They then sent me an email asking me to a review an order that they haven’t sent to Royal Mail yet. Royal Mail are still waiting to receive the item. Very poor experience so far.

Spoke with the support team who said they’re looking into it and will get back to me. 2 days later and no word from them but they did say they believe they’ve shipped the item

Very nice email from a member of staff apologising for the delay, the team are still waiting on a response from their logistics facility so can’t update me as of yet.

Moonlit bracelets never showed up and they could not locate the item or find out what happened to the order. Full refund was given and a gift card sent a month later for £20.00
