I'm sure that when selling a van, they are very good. However, we wanted to trade our van in against a new one. We were offered £10,000 less than 3 other campervan dealers for a trade in. I was told that our van would only retail for £22,000, but when I checked this against dealers with similar spec vans, they were selling for £34,000...so I feel a bit like they were trying it on to see if I would agree to a very low trade in.

Absolutely brilliant, personal service from Moorlake Leisure. Supporting and helping us with our. Reds, no pressure selling, and absolutely first class service from Paul throughout. Brilliant aftersales support also - couldn’t ask for more. Would definitely buy from Moorlake again and recommend anybody to buy

From start to finish the service has been excellent. This was a first time purchase for my wife and I. This meant we asked a ton of dumb questions but the team were more than happy to answer them.

Once we had chosen a van we asked for a number of modifications which they did in a very short time period. We even had an issue with the vans starter battery which they replaced without and fuss.

We are delighted with our purchase, the Canperking brand is excellent and the VW is a delight to drive.

We would definitely recommend Moorlake to anyone looking for great vans backed by top notch service.

We hadn’t got a clue when we arrived at Moorlake, Hull, but Paul took the time to walk us through the camper inside and out, then showed us a few different models so we could really get a feel for what would suit us and our budget. His passion for campers genuinely shines through – he’s very knowledgeable, helpful, and never once felt salesy.

We went back for a test drive and that was it… we set our hearts on buying one! Paul made the whole process so easy from start to finish. When we collected the van, he did a full handover with clear instructions and even gave us reference info to take away. He was thorough, personable, and made us feel completely supported.

It’s reassuring to know that if we ever need anything, he’s only a phone call away. Highly recommend!

Being UK Campervan virgins we were a little apprehensive when looking to buy one, but Paul at Moorlake Hull was professional, courteous and very patient with all our questions. We felt fully supported throughout and were confident that Paul would be there to answer any queries going forward ( and he was!) We have now enjoyed our first trip and despite storm Amy doing her worst we stayed warm cosy and dry in our beautiful VW camper.

Great service from John and Ed at Moorlake, from the initial contact and appointment booking, to a comprehensive tour of the various different van layouts. After listening to the pros and cons of each variant, we decided on a new van with a build slot within the next 4 weeks. John took the time to talk through the numerous trim options and a few coffees later we were settled on the final spec’. After a thorough handover from Ed, we took delivery of Bruce at the beginning of June and have been enjoying the experience since. Thanks Moorlake.

With retirement due, made the decision to purchase a Campa van, made a visit to the Hull show room, it was so nice and easy to deal with Paul, 3 months on enjoying the Journey so far, would recommend Moorlake.

Little did we know a browse around Moorlake on a Saturday afternoon would end up with us purchasing a brand new camper van. No hard sell like you usually get from car sales. You could just tell they simply had a lot of love for Campers and they wanted the experience to be felt. Through the whole experience Ed & his team were very helpful. I arranged a to check out some VW campers for sale at Moorlake Watford branch, They had a great selection and price range, prior to going there I spend nearly 9 Months looking a different places and online facilities for a vw campers, I knew what I wanted to pay also what year and Mileage of Van I was looking for. And guess what Moorlake Watford had exactly what I wanted. I put a deposit on one I like that day, the whole process from that day to when picking it was excellent. I’ve now been using it for around 2 months and it’s GREAT, I would highly recommend this Camper company.

From booking an initial appointment to collecting my new van I was totally confident that my choices were the right ones.

Having done some research we decided that the time was right to buy our very first camper van. We saw Moorlake online and contacted them regarding some vans which they had in stock. Ed was so helpful and informative and explained lots to us about the differences in the vans etc. Despite being in Cheshire and not close at all to where they were located we decided to place a deposit on a van to hold it whilst we drove down to see it. There was absolutely no pressure from the guys at Moorlake at all. We looked at a few different vans and went out on a test drive. Having decided to buy a van we arranged to collect the following weekend and were actually able to have some modifications made to our chosen van before we collected it. They gave us information about possible insurance companies and were just generally very helpful. Never felt rushed or pressured and their time and patience was much appreciated. Had a fantastic experience with our purchase from Moorlake and wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them to anyone - very genuine guys who know their stuff. Thanks for making our dreams a reality and making the whole process so easy and stress free
