Paul was very helpful in making a few tweaks to my VW Kombi prior to delivering (on their trailer) to my house which was 3 hours away !
Great service from the Moorlake Team and I'm loving the van, would highly recommend their services !

Wow, what a fantastic buying experience!!
I had already chosen a second hand VW Transporter Kombi that I was going to buy but decided to have a quick look at what the guys at Moorlake had. Not only was there the perfect brand new Transporter there but the whole process from test drive, to explaining the features, to making some custom changes, to paperwork to driving it home was an absolute breeze.

I had been looking at campervans/motorhomes for the past year and eventually decided on a VW transporter conversion which led me to CamperKing and Moorlake. After speaking to Paul Parker from the Hull branch an appointment was made for me to view the LWB Santorini and he even arranged to get a van that I liked transported from Watford to Hull.
I am now a very happy owner of this van and Paul and his sons who have years of campervan experience have passed on to me during handover useful information and advice regarding accessories etc. Altogether a very nice and friendly family business offering excellent customer service and selling top of the range VW campervan conversions.

I had a great experience dealing with Paul Parker at Moorlake.
I went to look at a car that was for sale following trade-in & was treated with great courtesy & friendliness.
Paul took time to ensure I was happy with the car & a sale was agreed promptly at an agreeable price.
Paul then took care & time to show us the main element of Moorlake's sales - high quality campers. His understanding is thorough & he took time to demonstrate the variety of trim & accessory levels which are available through the Camper King range.
We gained a really good understanding of what Moorlake can offer without feeling pressured or pushed into moving towards a purchase.
A couple of after sales issues with the car were dealt with efficiently without any quibbling & that again confirmed to me the high level of customer service which is provided.
I would not hesitate to talk to Paul & Moorlake again - genuinely great customer service.

We purchased our new Camperking Monte Carlo from Paul at the Hull branch. Firstly, Paul is an ambassador for the business. A true gentleman who will make you feel at ease the moment you step in the door and not apply any pressure to buy. He is friendly, honest and an expert in his field. The process from viewing the stock, putting down a deposit, handover and paperwork was easy and we have complete confidence in the aftersales support should we need it. Great honest friendly company to deal with.
From my first communication right up to collection day the customer service was just as it should be, fantastic.
Good clean van, competitve price, everything explained and demonstrated, the test drive was great, really well thought out too to give you different areas to drive uch as narrower roads, different road surfaces etc rather than the standard up and down a road.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking to invest in a VW Campervan

Great experience buying new van and trading in - really smooth process and Ed/Vic were great to deal with.

We bought our VW Camperking conversion from Moorlake in March 2022. We had a fantastic experience at the time of the purchase. And have had many great times away in our van.
We have now bought ourselves electric bicycles and were struggling to get them up onto the high rack that we bought with the van.
After contacting Moorlake, Ed and John have made arrangements for us to have a tow bar fitted and advised us on a suitable cycle carrier to meet our needs and that still allows the tail gate to be opened while bikes attached.
Excellent after sales service, even though our original purchase was over 17 months ago!

Fantastic team with an honest approach to service, very refreshing.

Bought a fab camper from the team and was extremely happy with the end to end process. I have bought a lot of vehicles in the past and this was one of the nicer experiences. Really happy with the camper and a great pre sales and also after sales service when I had to check a few things.

I talked to Ed about selling my SUV, he made me an offer and suggested I shop around which I did. His offer was around the same as other local dealers and significantly better than We Buy Any Car which would have been my choice.

I bought a van from him after renting one for the summer a couple of years ago and I am really happy with it after a summer of touring France. His recommendations on the fit out and the general spec plus tips on camping & touring were invaluable.

I cannot fault the service I received from the first visit to just look at a van with Rosie. Through the buying process, and all the assistance in choosing the details of the van with John, through to the final delivery and handover.
If you’re thinking about buying a campervan then you could do no better then contacting Moorlake for friendly and knowledgeable advice.

I called to enquire about a Camper on a Sunday and Eddie who was at home answered.
For me that’s somebody who wants to do business. I asked about some adaptations that I would like to the vehicle on sale and Eddie immediately said it wouldn’t be a problem.
I paid the small deposit and the work was done on faith as the deposit wouldn’t have covered the cost. The wonderful Rosie then took up the task of organising some finance I needed. Throughout the process the communication was 5 star and everything was done as promised.
To cap it all I left my sunglasses there and they duly arrived in the post.
I would and already am recommending Moorlake to everyone
