I called to arrange a further draw down through more2life and having spoken to an exceptional agent,Diana Perrin, who advised me of my options and was able to answer all of my questions we arranged to progress with my request. We agreed to do the paperwork through email rather than by post as this generally speeds up the process and is easy to follow. Diana advised me of the approximate time frame and I am pleased to say that the process will soon be completed by the money appearing in my account. Thanks to Diana the whole process was clear and pain free.

My initial contact by telephone
Was so helpful and extremely useful. Everything which followed was simple to understand and very easy to Print-off. A really professional, speedy conclusion, which made the whole process a joy.

More2Life know what they are doing.
Once we got our heads round the Docusign proceedure the Customer Service Team guided us through the paperwork. We had to ring up a couple of times and both calls were answered promptly. The up-front on-line application process did not confirm to us wether were in the system or not straight away, so we probably lost a couple days in the fund call down but that was our fault not More2Life.
Thank you Diane and your colleagues.

Yes, there was the phonecall with the Options menu but it was answered quickly. I spoke with Adam and his speech was very clear and he was polite and helpful.

Done online much speedier, even signed online, I'm amazed (but I am 80 so to be expected). Tracey Curzon was really helpful giving an exact date and time to expect drawdown to be deposited in my account.

I did the process on line for the first time rather than ringing. Worked really well and ok for an elderly lady
I was kept informed as the process progressed. Everything went well. Would recommend this company

I requested a drawdown online and my application was dealt with promptly and efficiently.
May I thank Tracy Curzon who managed the application, she kept me advised of the progress and made the whole thing a very simple affair, she is indeed a credit to More2Life Customer Services.

These people are heartless. I took out equity release on my flat with them but am now being evicted as I cannot pay the service charges. As I am 75 years old and in poor health I asked for a couple of months extension so I could sort out my things and the council could rehouse me. More2Life refused to give me any extension . They should be called More2Death as that is what they are condemning me to. My life expectancy homeless, on the streets, I reality is less than a week. This is no exaggerating
